I can play with the soviet faction, but they dont speak.

how many buildins there are?
because it was boring in the original game, that there were just few of them. i conquered a planet, build some buildings and left it.
BORING...
is it possible to make more buildings/stations and so on?
should look like a real ring around the planet.
