Hey, great work. I used the addon for some time, but had to revert back because Army Warehouses was full of loners for some reason. Lag was unbereable. Uninstalled, went to sleep for some 2 days and the issue was fiexd. Population seems to be getting back to normal. Issue is that many venders have moved because other factions took over their territory. Duty main base is one such place. I cant find some vendors anymore. Others I find in weird places, lile back alleys and corridors. Is there a console command to "reset" them to their original locations?

Onther issue I have is that some of the BAS scopes have a weird "warp to the center of the screen" effect to them.. looks like my loner is way too drunk lol

You are correct. There´s Bloom and NeoBloom. Both are very strong on my end.
