I dont know what changed in 4.6. I dont play it nowdays.
Some time ago i made custom version of your mod for myself. But i lost it i think. So i want to post changes that i made to your file for better experience.
1. I buffed reoladable super shotgun: some better damage and lesser spread. I wanted to make this serve as mid range "damage dealer", in your 4.5 version 2xsingle barelled was better at mid range and dual ssg was great assault weapon.
2. I debuffed blue blobs, ive lowered their health and damage sightly. They was just too powerful for lost soul replacment.
3. Ive rebalanced cell ammo cap and cell pickups. Ive made cap at 150 or something like that, and i lowered ammo quanity of cell pickups to 15 i think.

I played it pretty long time ago, but these changes made my games more fun bro. Rest content in mod is good i think, maybe some small rebalancing in weapons and monsters will be good, but i dont remember something annoying or broken beside that stuff i described.

Crazy mod! I like playing it for fun bro. Please fix awakned cyborgs because player cant control it and gdi guardian apc, because they cannont pass through bridges, and they fall xd. Cheers!

Edit:
Also flame tanks like to self destruct when they move to location when was fire previously. It should be immune to this i think.
Also upgradet bikes (tiberium missiles) do scratch damage to harvesters. I think without upgrade they do more damage overall, stealth tanks seems fine.

Like your addon, but i found 2 bugs in it:
1. Revolver reload always work like option "enable magazine reloads". Also there is no autoreload for this weapon.
2. Player cannot throw granades when using demon tech rifle

Also i have some suggestions:
1. Please remove bolt handle from sniper rifle sprite. Its semi-auto rifle but it looks like bolt action
2. Dual wield its kinda mess, sometime you shoot only one weapon, sometime you shoot two weapons, sometimes you shot two weapons and alt is one weapon fire... its confusing please make it more clear.

Hi. I have played your mod some more time and i have some suggestions for balancing weapons... so:

1. Make slower reload for sawed offs/dual sawed offs, because trench feels weak in any combat situation (compared to sawed offs).
2. Make dragons breath ammo in trench consume 4 shells and make it the thrid firing mode instead aiming through iron sights. It should make trench far more usable.
3. Some more ammo comsuption for primary fire in voodoo doll. Its just too powerfull attack for weapon with regeneraiting ammo, and its consume definietlly too low ammo i think.
4. Bug: i have picked up some tomes and i dont get it in my inventory.

2. Fourth firing mode in gatling gun sounds pretty wimpy (i mean firing sound). There is a little "bang" and a lot of of "shell droping on floor" effect, so if you cant fix tommys you probably cant fix this.
3. When you shooting with dual sawed off zombies (or probably other enemies too) often there is no firing sound or its a lot quiter than a enemy hit sound. Probably weapon use that same audio channel as enemy hit sound. Its sounds kinda strange.

So this engine is pretty limited i see.

Pretty solid stuff right here. I like it.

Can you fix:
1. Sounds for third fire mode for dual tommy, i thing it should be bit slower because is kinda overkill
2. Sound for "shotgun mode" for gatling
3. Sound when you shoot zombies with dual sawed off
4. When you pickup second weapon of same type it should allows you to akimbo it, also picking up "dual drops" should allow you to use single weapon.
5. Revolvers are kinda weak. Please make it more accurate and give em shorter recharge for third fire mode. It should help.
6. Some more pellets for trench

Probably he is doing it for balance. Mod will have some kind of spell system and stealth mechanics or something. What the point of having them if you can anihillate everything with normal weapons? You must nerf weapons a little bit to keep the balance.

And yes you can buff spells etc to make it more usable but you will quickly make russian overkill style of gameplay.

Looks promising and pretty complicated for a doom mod. I hope mechanics from "modern games" will not kill blood spirit. This kind of mechanics works great in Project brutality, i hope it will work great in this blood TC as well. Good luck in your project!
