No no, i have no issue with my grenades, everything work perfectly with the grenades.
It's just to make the M67 grenade use gunslingers animations :).
Just have to edit the animations/positions in the m67.ltx.

EDIT: Just a question because i'm not sure, do we need HD Models for that mod to work? Its written in "Recommended" but not sure it is "necessary" ? (Edit: HD Models isn't written anymore in mod description.)
EDIT 2: After installing the mod via FOMOD, MO2 shows an error. Seems like the chosen files don't install correctly in gamedata. They stay in their folder (ex: Military pants/gamedata/...).
To fix it, had to create a gamedata folder and put all the files i chosen inside. Took me 30sec, but yeah, mod needs to be fixed.
EDIT 3 : For people in the future : AUTHOR FIXED EVERYTHING, YOU GOOD GUYS.
