I have no vassal's because I joined the Imagawa clan and managed to convince lord saika of the ikko ikki to join the Imagawa.

So whenever I convert a Lord to my clan there title gets changed to lady.
Not anything game breaking but I thought I would report it.

No problem man glad I could be some help but please keep note that I don't know if the water glitch only effects kochi, I would go and check every town but I don't really have time at the moment.

So the only two glitches I found were that the player holds the shuriken upside down and that every time I enter Kochi it is underwater. I don't know if this happens in other towns but that is the only place where that has happens to me.
