Special credit & thanks to the following for making this mod possible:
The year is 1755, and a generation has passed since the reign of great leaders like Louis XIV, Peter the Great, Nader Shah and Aurangzeb. Despite the uneasy peace which brought conflicts to an end, war is no more than a heartbeat away.
For Europe is a continent divided. Its many kings are hungry for greater power, each with ambitions – and methods – of their own. Eleven stand above all others... will they rally to each other's allies? Or carve a legacy for themselves that will echo through the ages? There will be treaties. There will be war. There will be turns of fortune that become the stuff of legend, in a saga that charts the rise and fall of great empires, in the first truly global war.
The Seven Years War DLC Pack takes you 50 years into the campaign of EMPIRE: TOTAL WAR, and features the historical struggle between empires, enabling players to engage in the conflict as one of eleven factions involved. Introducing over 150 new historical characters and playable faction leaders, the campaign begins in 1755, but you can choose to continue well into the 18th century, with legendary heroes from Frederick the Great, James Wolfe, Marquis de Montcalm to Suvorov and many more!
Playable factions:
Great Britain
France
Holy Roman Empire (Austria)
Prussia
Poland-Lithuania
Russia
Sweden
Spain
Hessen
Hanover
Saxony

Hey Sacrebleu! I was able to combine Absolutum Dominium with Empire Realism. It's absolutely amazing. Would you mind if I uploaded that, as well?

Love this mod! I'm currently combining it with ETW HD: Terrestria Orbem, Shokh Hates Sieges, Additional Units Mod (vanilla), and HiFiMasteR Sounds. Everything seems to be compatible and works well with AD. Will new versions/updates of AD be released in the future? Some suggestions I have:
- More playable factions (especially emergent factions) with their own unique rosters/descriptions/culture.
- Tighter unit formations.
- Maybe a bit more unit variety, especially for the minor/emergent and Middle Eastern/North African/Pirate/Indian factions?
- New flags for all the minor/emergent factions for when they have a revolution. Some of the major factions also (I think it was Great Britain, HRE, and Sweden) don't have a different flag for when they turn into republics either.
- More music that fits the time period.
- New buildings. For example, the Imperial Splendour mod includes new buildings. And also like in Minor Factions Revenge, the pirates have a building called "Pirate's Cove" (which fits them better rather than your standard government building for regular nations) if I'm remembering correctly.
- New/unique tech corresponding to said faction, events, missions, etc.
- Improved AI, maybe?
- If you play as a minor/emergent nation, have it show on the prestige table.
Those are just some suggestions that I thought might be neat. Either way, I hope the mod continues to thrive and be worked on. Awesome work!

This mod is great, the new UI and unit models are gorgeous but is it at all possible to make this compatible with Durango's Historical Portraits? I tried replacing "Mod_portraits.pack" with his .pack file and it seems to have reverted most of the portraits back to vanilla with a few exceptions
Amazing work here. Thanks so much! As of now i cant play as Portugal or the Hessen in battle, is this normal? And in the future, the Irish in battle and grand campaign would be my dream.
