Hi, loving the mod so far. I've come across an issue, in the town menu there is the option to upgrade troops but when I select it a screen that I assume would normally have some text on it with upgrade options loads. The problem is that the screen loads without text (it does say "There are 553 upgrades available" but nothing else), not even the text to leave the screen.

Hey, do you have any way that we can set the launch options in the steam properties for this game so that the steam version actually launches the mod?

So, I don't know if you'll be able to help me. I'm having a problem with launching the mod. I have it in the right location--- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Medieval II Total War\mods\The_Elder_Scrolls --- but when I launch using the launcher a different game starts, one that isn't even a steam game. I'm going to uninstall the game and see if it works, the game is Total Annihilation Kingdoms and it's a game I got through GOG.

It was just such an unusual thing that I felt the need to let you know.

It might just be the fact that I'm tired, but I am struggling with setting this up correctly. I changed the .xml like in the instructions, so where do I put the rest of the files. I tried just putting them in the mod folder and the game ran, but none of the other options appeared, even after enabling the mod in-game.
Like I said, I'm probably doing something stupid and not realizing it, cause this isn't the first time I've modded a game. So any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

How do you get the Four Horsemen? Do you just find them in a tavern or do they randomly appear in your group after a battle?

You may already know this, but then again you may not. Several of the factions military units are lacking either clothing and gear, or just clothing. The Battaninans don't have gear until the last few upgrade tiers, the Sturgians have weapons but no armor. There are a couple others with intermittent troops that lack gear as well. Everything looks great, just figured I'd let you know in case you hadn't noticed.

Where do i buy things like gems and mithril ingots.

Every time I try to load the game, it crashes in the loading screen. I get an RGL Error

Unable to open file: Modules/Calradia 1923/Resource/the_red_wars_materials.brf

I'm going to keep trying to figure it out on my own, but if anyone else has had this problem or if I'm doing something wrong just let me know.
