Life Extended is a Veil of Crows mod which adds alternative starting classes to the base game, including cheat versions for those who wish to.
Life Extended is a modification which intends to offer the players with a more varied choice to the starting of Veil of Crows.
Along with adapting the current base game classes, I aim to add in some custom ones myself which have been requested by members of the community, so please any support or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
Along with adding and adapting starting classes this mod will also include little mini fixes for the base game, consisting of correcting typos and minor errors made by the Developer, nothing patronizing just a quick fix until the Developer of Veil of Crows get's time to make minor edits.
If you have any suggestions for classes you would like to be implemented please let me know in the comments section below, I shall try to add as many as I can.

It might just be the fact that I'm tired, but I am struggling with setting this up correctly. I changed the .xml like in the instructions, so where do I put the rest of the files. I tried just putting them in the mod folder and the game ran, but none of the other options appeared, even after enabling the mod in-game.
Like I said, I'm probably doing something stupid and not realizing it, cause this isn't the first time I've modded a game. So any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
p.s. This will appear twice, because I forgot to sign in the first time.

For some odd reason when I try to start up a game, it never allows me to hit the continue button. The most I can do is change what my character looks like, and afterwards there is no continue button but only back.
Sorry about that, I found the fix and updated the file. Please read the new Installation Instructions as it explains how to add the new mod.
Thank you.
Sorry for the late reply, I don't check here other than when I am posting updates. Somebody on Steam told me about this and when I tried to replicate it, I couldn't get the same result. Everything works fine for me, what I will say is remove the GameHints.xml from the directory.
Hi, I got a bit of a problem. Everytime I try to load one of the starts from this mod, I get stuck on the initial loading screen. Without the mod, I can load the normal starts just fine. Was really disappointed cause this looks like an awesome mod.
Edit: I have discovered what the problem was. It was the fix file for the typos. I removed that, started up one of the custom starts and loaded in fine.
Thanks for this, I will take a look at the fix file once I get my laptop back.
