I felt the need to congratulate you for bringing this masterpiece to life. I used to be a huge fan of the other popular mod but had to abandon it because it became a mess of useless stuff, bad performance and lack of balance. Also tried the previous Unification version, which I have to admit I did not like because it crashed like hell and felt unpolished. But version 7.0.... OMG, it's one of the best mods I ve ever played. Everything is so tidy, no more useless units, good balancing, great number of factions, great models, very nice soundtrack, smooth performance without crashes (I play 1v1 with double cap). You did a very good job, guys. Everyone DOW fan needs to play this mod.

My point exactly. Its his mod, his choice to release it today or after 10 years and I thank him for even releasing the 1.6 beta because its the best C&C mod ever. But he could just say sth like "be patient, I ve ran in some issues, it will be released or not..." since there are thousands of people visiting this page for an update every day for the last week.

Your mod is simply fantastic sir! My congratulations! There are a few minor issues with some models scale but otherwise, its fantastic!

Oh, my bad. It is working now. I thought 1.87 didnt need the previous patches. :-)

Greetings. I installed ZH + Rise of the Reds mod 1.87 PB2 but when I start the game from the ROTR launcher, I get an error about "technical difficulties". Zero Hour works perfectly if I launch it from generals.exe

Anyone knows why?

Greetings. I saved a skirmish game with the IG vs Chaos vs Orks but whenever I load it, game plays for around 5 seconds and then crashes to desktop.

I dont know why but game wont start. I put Enderal launcher in Skyrim folder, double click and nothing. The launcher just wont start, with admin rights or not.

This happened on Standard difficulty, that's why I took the time to make a post. I was playing the Jalaganda Lowlands map, the Tyranids base was at the south-east corner and in less than 10 minutes, they had built a huge army that moved to a resource point outside their base and stopped there doing nothing for around a quarter. After a while, some orks approached and then started moving again to attack them. The AI was not the same for all. The Chaos Demons for example looked stuck and didnt spawn infantry nor built anything

Same problem here. Played yesterday as the IDH vs Tyranids vs Orks vs Chaos Demons. The Tyranids created an insanely huge army in less than 10 minutes. At the same time the Orks were at 20% of the Tyranid size while the Chaos Demons hadnt spawned even one infantry squad.

Dont know what happened with 1.86 version. Previous versions were huge fun. This one seems sooooo unbalanced that its almost unplayable.

I get that but its annoying when I choose to play a game to relax and have to perform as If I am playing to win a tournament. I love the turtle strategy were I build up defences and slowly progress but this strategy seems totally useless in 1.86 version, even in standard difficulty. To be honest, I saw no difference between standard and hard difficulty.

Whatever, I guess I have to try more or go back to an earlier version. ;-)

First of all, I want to congratulate you for this masterpiece! It's probably the best mod ever made for a game!

Now, I dont know if I have lost my skill in the game but I used to play always on Hard difficulty against AI and win in 90% of the matches. After version 1.86, I have tried to play various skirmish games as the Inquisition against Chaos Demons, in both Hard and Standard difficult and I just cant hold for more than 20 minutes. The AI seems to spawn endless waves of units and no matter what I do, I get my @ss kicked. I cant even advance in more than 50% of my technologies.

Are these races to be balanced or have I become too rusty?

I absolutely loved the 1.73. But the Chaos faction is overpowered in my pov. I played skirmish vs 2 CPU players in Hard mode and the AI Chaos beats the AI Dark Eldar in less than 15 minutes.

Especially when I play 1 vs 1, the Imperial Guard doesnt stand a chance vs Chaos. Before 1.73, I could beat the CPU even in Harder mode.

Man, please make the mod playable without steam. Its the most annoying sh*t ever.

Worked for me for 4-5 times. Now crashes everytime I launch it and throws me back to desktop.

Also, the Full Installer is not working. Shows error about some DLLs missing or not installed.

Thanks but I can't get the game work.

Whenever I launch it, I get a black screen and nothing is happening. Only some button sounds when I rotate the middle mouse button. And yes, I have selected the buffer option in the launcher.

Windows 7 64 here. Tiberian Sun version is the one given free with Firestorm in cnc-comm.
