Considering the creator of Stealth mod bvcx commented months before you to the exact same guy that his mod was is now compatible with Death Animations now from a recent patch I would assume it is now safe and should no longer conflict.

Umm ahah, I agree to an extent, but there are plenty of IRL things that can enter a shimmer field. But that shimmer field can always be seen to an extent. This translates very well into video games as it gives quick a bit more to the horror mechanics. Stalker isn't scary from the power of my enemies. Stalker is scary when I think I killed one blood sucker and 5 miltards and then as I'm looting the puddle of water shimmering in the low lamp light flickers and shifts and OH **** BLOODSUCKERS OH **** 3 MORE!!!!

I was/am really excited for this mod, but it doesn't seem to be working for me at all. I stood around at the fire for a long while and nothing happened :( All my mods go thru MO2 and i've never had an issue except with failures but then I delete the bad mod. Any tips would be huge!!

I love this mod!!! But is there any way to add a slider with your other MCM settings to adjust the volume like other Tarkov sound mods? I only ask because the sounds are very very quiet and I blast my headphones when gaming haha. I can't tell if they are on or off tbh, and I THINK I can hear it at least when I switch weapons or spam ADS. But I'm not sure haha. But yes an overall boost would be huge!! Or at least about as loud as Tarkov's is/adding a slider in MCM.

Poor execution on a great idea and pre-alpha OG dev old feature from early SoC concepts. Crashes on immediate start up, stating "flesh-sound" etc as the error. I love errors in this game. Really tells you what the cause was. Same with a thirst sleep meter I tried downloading :(

This author has some great ideas but from his reputation and really sketchy mod files I won't be getting them again :(

RIP Doesn't work. Crashes on Inventory and any boxes stashes etc.
Great idea, but as author stated they aren't modders. This was a poor save file of theirs and we do indeed need to get our own files from the legit sources. I'll report back if OG sources have the same crash in Inventory and etc.

Awesome idea and great work brother! I do have a question on if there will be a performance hit at all? For instance, with JSRS other famous sound mod besides yours and then his other mod for soundscape, with his there is reported performance drops unless on high end PCs.

I only as since you mentioned you that Anomaly Devs put in the sound issues workaround problem fix check box which I did indeed enable when I first downloaded my install of Anomaly.

I would love to check this out as I cannot afford performance hit from other sounds mods :) Again you rock! Thanks for hard work!!

Hey brother could you explain it for us real fast? This OG mod has that gamebreaking AI bug, so we can only use the quick DL one that is up from someone else and its just the animations, no fix for the Stealth compat.

Someone should pls do a low-end PC version for this! I know there is one called like Discount JSRS but it's another dude and review say not same quality which makes sense :( Just wish i could get a bit better sounds haha

I know im super sad too. Mod is famous and amazing but unless you have a ballin PC itll wreck the game. A lower quality version should run better and still sound better than Vanilla im very certain.

Hey guys, what about the severe radiation bug? There are many ppl coming across it but is it random? As thousands have this mod, in fact this is one of the most popular Anomaly mods like damn, nearing 20kDLs that's huge. So maybe those few ppl are mistaken lol. But it is a worry for me. My dude can only smoke so many cigs lol. Any info on the random severe radiation bug due to the tarkov footsteps mod let me know!!

Footstep volume should be in MCM settings. If you dont have MCM download it here on moddb :) it's called Anomaly Mod Configuration Menu, it also custom controls a bunch of other well-known Stalker mods we all use :)

Hopefully mod author or someone can reply! :) I have a question! Since this is a texture pack will it work with the mod Classic Textures? See that mod changes all the textures in the world to OG Stalker textures from 2007-2009 this is great for PC performance. However I see great reviews here for performance on your mod as well! It's also beautiful!

In a perfect world, I can keep OG building and etc textures of Classic and then get the new updated hopefully not ultra HD textures of your autumn pack! Pls reply!! :)

Hey bud, I love your work. Is there an issue with this mod? and Modder? I dont wanna support anyone who is being sideways! Or am I misreading the situation? I have a potato that runs Anomaly super well via diff mods. This is the first mod I've seen that can give me a good-looking pretty game without a performance hit, but again I don't wanna support it if someone as awesome like you thinks something uncouth and sketchy is happening here. Pls reply! :)

Please someone reply!!! Does this save a broken game from the OG Death Animations Mod? I made the stupid mistake of installing it. I used MO2 and have NOT opened the game. I learned that the OG Mod broke the game AI after I had already installed it and activated it via MO2.

Since the issue with OG Mod was that the files it replaced were old versions of Anomaly AI and when Anomaly updated to 5.0 the AI broke for those with OG Mod.

Will installing this save my mistake? Or am I doomed to lose my 1000 hours of Anomaly play throughs :(

Not to mention the OG creator abandoned the project which broke many players games including my own with 1000 hours on it :/

Once Anomaly 5.0 and up boom broken for thousands of us. Its rough!!! I had no idea and finally decided to check it out after all these years. And my ******* installed the old OG version and when I read the comments... oh man was I upset :(

This upload here may have saved my game files, but I doubt it as Death Animations breaks the game AI and now I think Im stuck with it.

Hey Author Stalker! Hopefully you can get to my question swiftly! Thank you in advance!! I was wondering if there were any compatibility issues with the Death_Animations Mod and I dont want to mess anything up with the stealth mechanics. MO2 is giving me a lightning bolt overwrite thingie and im unsure what it means haha. I dont wanna sacrifice some great stealth for window dressing, But I want to enjoy those sweet death animu!!!!!

10/10 Mod!! To be honest others may have said that other ppl have made this mod in the past, but those other mods never figured it out fully. And they could only remove the req for repairs and stripping but not for upgrades. So upgrades would still cost a kit. I believe according to your description that yours removes the kit req for EVERYTHING pertaining to the workbench.

This is a HUGE accomplishment. Great JOB!!!
