I understand your intention to put everything you want into your project, to make a perfect, polished mod, release it and forget about its development forever. I also understand your unwillingness to show too much information to people, so we could experience pure emotions when finaly play it. But, when there's no any information about progress at all, except your words that the development is still going on, people begin feeling decieved and dissapointed, because most of us really have been waiting for years.
Any official information could change the situation. May be not release date, but percentage of completed work?

Well, I have mixed impressions about new demo. On the one hand, there are great inprovements in npss' animations, lights-and-shadows system, and weapons are feeling better now. But, I compeletely don't like the mapping and textures on maps. I'm sure that in previous demo the maps looked great, and hd textures fit them well, but now we have strange mix of ld textures, which have different resolution and don't match to each other. In fact, the maps look like if they were made back in 2000s by very unskilled mapper. I think you, guys, should return to previous demo's art-style. And also, please, return the old flashlight like in source games! As you've made source-like main menu (which is very cool, nice job!), I don't understand your decisions to make other parts of the game more vanilla. Anyway, I'm glad you guys are still working on this project. Looking forward to play next demo soon! Good luck!

Yeah, moving the game folder to folder 'games' in disk 'C' and replacing those files, which you said, helped, so now I can play. Fantastic mod, but old-school controls make playing unusuall. Good work, waiting for updates! Also, thanks for helping

Maaaan, you've made Nihilanth chapter so ******* cool and quite epic, much better than original one, but there is one thing, which ruin the whole atmosphere of this battle -- there is a problem with skybox on the room roof, so its texture is covering upper crystal and nihilanth himself when he moves up and when he's dying - the last is really dissapointing thing, because this is going to be the most epic scene in the game

looks cool, but there are TOO many bugs... You should walk through the whole mod, through every chapter and find them by yourself, because I would become crazy if I wrote every bug I've found. You see, some bugs are preventing basic game walkthrough!

I think you can use these models by BrussTrigger for npc's: Moddb.com
And I don't like new guns models, because they don't match the original hl style.I'm talking about shotgun and handgun. Probably, you should upscale original textures and models. As for the textures on maps, they are fantastic! Reminds me hl resrced for xash3d. Good job, man!

I forgot about one more bug I've seen there: in chapter "Unforseen Consequences", when you meet Barney fighting two zombies, there is a doorway to next area (there is also lies dead barney), and there are no doors, although there is doors-opening sound.

Hey, I liked your mod, but there are some problems that prevent immersion in the game. I will try to list all that I found.
1. In the chapter "Black mesa inbound", the train just doesn't go (P.S. Sorry, I checked, everything okay with train).
2. In the chapter "Anomalous materials" in the lobby of Sector C, the book lying on the guard's desk is knocked out of the general low-poly stylistics of the location. It's too high-quality! I would suggest adding more different objects to the table, for example soda cans, stacks of papers, a system unit from a computer.
3. In the same chapter, in the cafeteria, the table at which the scientist is sitting does not have a collision, although later, in the chapter "Unforeseen consequences", this is all right. And the scientist himself also seems not to be alive, has no conflict and it is impossible to talk to him.
4. In the test chamber, when the catastrophe begins, there are no green lightning striking from the antimass spectrometer, which looks strange: when the observation room with scientists explodes, it explodes just like that, and not because lightning strikes it.
5. In the chapter "Unforeseen consequences", when we return to the hall of Sector C, the door that leads to the room with computers (where everything starts to explode and there are 2 headcrabs) looks absolutely normal and it is unclear why it does not open, although in the original the meaning was that the door broke and stood askew therefore, it was necessary to look for another way into the room (ventilation).
6. In the same chapter, the glass near the room where the scientist unsuccessfully tries to fight off the headcrabs breaks, which should not be, because the meaning of this scene is that we can only watch how the poor guy dies.
That's all I've found so far. I hope for quick fixes and good luck!
