Why does it have to fire only one kind of projectile? At first it could use Plasma torps/energy projectors at short range(normal ranges for a frigate), then with tech upgrades it could extend range and maybe get a couple needler banks added to swat down those pesky fighters. I mean in sins:entrenchment the standard planetary defense guns get upgrades like that, why not here too?

Great mod. I'm loving it so far. Just wish there was subtitles for the moments of dialogue. (By that I mean conversations overheard by your character in cutscene, not people talking directly to you.)

Will the civilian model have any combat value? or will it be as useful in combat as the smaller colony ship until it is upgraded?

Can you please post the name of the anime a ship's design was inspired by when you post their pics? I don't recognize many and always looking for new anime to watch.

Cool, I was afraid it would be a bit under armed like most of the production capitals in HW2. (Sorry, I haven't had a chance to play Reach yet, so I didn't know.)

Now that there is a FAQ, we need to start using it. SO, apparently it will be released for the latest patch for Entrenchment, and they might make it available for standard Sins and Diplomacy, but I highly doubt they would patch specific mods for the older patches.

I figured the Innies (The human rebels) would be the pirate race. At least they would be the easiest to make pirates, as all you would have to do is reskin/repaint some UNSC ships.

The more I look at it, the more I think battle-cruiser... as in lightly armored fast-attack battleship. Built for firepower with sacrifices in armor for speed.

I'm thinking some sort of artillery... I mean look at all those pods. Plus, we really don't know how big it is (how I generally assume the class of a ship) so this could be huge (battleship/battle-cruiser) or medium sized (fast/atk cruiser).

On a side note, do the UNSC carriers (all of them, as I can't remember the SoF's) seriously launch fighter through the front of the ship, into the line of fire of it's macs? Am I the only one to think that would be a design flaw... I know that one would want the fighters out before you engage the enemy but what about emergency landings and combat launches.... yes I over think things too much.

Please note, I mean no offense to anyone... and to the guys doing this mod, you guys rock! I also think this ship is beautiful and can't wait to play this mod.

Thanks, but I read somewhere that the newest update kills GalaxyForge... I hate the maps the game comes with... don't know if I could live without GalaxyForge... but I'm will to make the sacrifice for this mod.
