first of all i want to excuse the very late reply from me. The mod together with the link was uploaded about 3 years ago. Nevertheless i tried to download it today on my Linux PC and it worked fine. The error you've got is probably related to personal internet (wlan) connection problems. You might want to retry downloading the mod.

Download the zip file, then unpack it into your mow as2 directory, then launch the robz realism mod and this skin mod file together.

You need to have Winrar to open the Mod. Go to the folder inside Winrar and copy both of the files into your Mod folder and select them from the HOI4 menu.
What does the Mod do ?

Try the epic thunder mod, its a thousand times better than this crap
I think that this Panther sound more distant to the real Panther Sound than the Vanilla Sound. Sounds very powerless and almost like the Porsche engine which was used for the Befehlswagen VI and the Elefant you wannabe smartass.

You basically ruined the best Tank sounds with your ****** WoT sounds, which 1. dont sound powerful 2. dont have a "wow thats cool" in it. Seriously delete your whole mod, the Gun sounds sound like nothing, the Vanilla sounds were 100x better and especially the Russian Degtaryev MG, dude how tf did you even done this, so ****** and bad, undescribable quiet. I give this so called "mod" 2/10, for ruining this wonderful game with the worst tank and gun sounds a real tanker could even think about and no this is not a troll message.
