You need to have Winrar to open the Mod. Go to the folder inside Winrar and copy both of the files into your Mod folder and select them from the HOI4 menu.
What does the Mod do ?
- Reduced all Ship (except Submarines) Construction costs (time) by 1/2
i cant copy the fiels inside the winrar
what do you mean with "fiels"? Files? You need to copy the folder AND the OTHER file to your HOI4 mod directory
