Regarding splitting this mod into content enhancement + restoration, and just QoL + bugfixes only, the only problem I have with this is I've seen people get overwhelmed trying to maintain multiple versions of their mod. Unless you guys are just making the QoL + bugfixes first, then basing the enhancement + restoration stuff from that.

I absolutely love these kind of updates showing more fixes. So much stuff I never knew about the game that now cannot be unseen lol.

if you're getting crashes on some of the campaign missions, open up their ini files from the .big archives and comment out the lines that are referenced in ReleaseCrashInfo.txt in your Generals documents folder
Hey not sure if you're aware, but the demo general challenge map is really dark for some reason. Can the brightness in the map itself be turned up on next version release?
Also, I noticed that angry mob females and black lotus will play their toxin death lines when killed by fire.
Found out that it was SoundEffects.ini in 00nproject.big - to fix, line 408 should be

Damn am I glad that this mod is still alive. Even though I've seen the preview images an unhealthy number of times, I still get excited seeing the fixes made.
I thought this was a one-man mod at first so the uploader had a gargantuan task ahead of him, but seeing the other users with creator tags in the comments makes me glad that there's multiple people working on this.
Damn, how would I go about allowing usage of the interfaceshared0.dds file again? I made quite a few personal mods to mine and a lot of these changes go beyond Interface\Icons\Message Icons...
You mentioned that all weapons available in this mod didn't have their stats changed in anyway, but when I pull out the M82 it's just called a suppressed M21, and it does the same damage has the same recoil as an M21. Also some other guns like the MP44 or the M60 seem to just be reskins, because the MP44 shoots and sounds like an AK, while the M60 shoots way too fast.

Not sure if this has been asked already, but would it be possible to show armour condition on the hud as a bar below the weapon condition?
I know this is really late considering the upload date of this image, but I'm not sure how I feel about the passenger turret, it just looks so out of place lol. Looks like something the GLA would whip up out of scrapped vehicles.
If you look up imges of the ASRAD variant of the humvee (advanced short range air defense) I think it'd look pretty cool, especially for the superweapon general. Not sure how you'd go about making it non-anti air though.

from what I remember the engine RA3 runs on has more features/capabilities than Tiberium Wars, so they scrapped the TW version and remade it in RA3.
I could be completely wrong though

Would it be beyond the scope of this mod to have water sources show the amount of H2O restored on the HUD in place of the HP restored when you go to drink from them? I.e. when I go to drink from a sink, I've modded my game to not restore HP from water sources while altering the amount of H2O it restores (pure water restores 50 per sip, terrible water only restores 10 etc.), so everything shows 0 HP which is a bit useless.
It's a shame this doesn't work with campaign
