A-mod-of-a-mod. Requires C&C Shockwave to be installed prior. For those of us that enjoy Shockwave, this is something entirely less serious. The goal of this mod is to make the game so unbalanced that it comes full circle and is balanced again.

Omg it does, the thing will be much faster and tougher.
it would be a lot better if the mad missile man had a jetpack on the back of his launchers.
He might be able to use the missile's blowback to propel himself up.
