They can be killed by ordinary weapons. Flame and total dismemberment can do the trick.

Not true. Darker features are always dominant over the Valyrian.

Oberyn, Quentyn and maybe the Darkstark and Lord Yronwood would make most sense.

Barristan Selmy will most probably the best general along side Jorah.Old Barry has actual battle experience against well-equipped and trained armies.

Which vassal houses are planned to be included?(If I am in any way annoying you with this comment, please ignore)
To be more direct I want to ask about Florent, Royce, Corbray, Tarly, Velaryon, Blackwood and the mountain clans of the North.

In the name of R'hollor and the Warrior, let me have Richard Horpe the Slayer and the Bastard of Nightsong, no matter them being book only. Those are some of the best killers in Westeros.

It is still being made.Let them work unpressured. In the time being you can play the ck2 mod or the one for m2tw. Pressure leads to rushed development and it leads to a bug-filled and unfinished experience. CA are probably the best example of this.

To be honest I have mixed up the show and books up to season 5, so I do not know who was introduced and who cut out.The Florent knights never appear, now I remember. No idea about the Velaryons though. And I got the idea of the Tarly units after watching one of the DVD extras. And the stormlanders were complete fiction, I simply made them up to fit with the good old Baratheon temper.(ok, the shield breakers were inspired by that guy with the axe during the Blackwater). Still if you need any
ideas for custom units later on I will gladly cooperate. Good luck.

Now I am thinking about the Riverlands and I also have some ideas for the Northerners and the Valemen.

Since I had nothing to do I decided to think about some units, lore-friendly ofcourse, if you at some point decide to add new units to diversify the roasters of the faction. In no way I am forcing you to add this suggestions. I am just trying to somehow contribute to the mod.

House Baratheon of Dragonstone

Velaryon Marines- House Velaryon are famouse for the trade and sea traveling. Those are elite soldiers trained to guard trade ships and their cargo from pirates. The function like Roman Infantry, throwing javelins before charging in with their swords.

Queen's Guard. Those are the best of the R'hollor followers, the queen's men. They are devoted to Stannis and ready to follow him to the end. They hardly ever break and are not scared of death, constantly trying to kill the enemy(higher attack). 2-3 max

King's Guard. Followers of the Seven, but just as loyal to Stannis. They are not as hot-headed as their counter-parts, they are more defensively orriented. They the regular Baratheon sigil. 1 max

House Florent Lancers. After the Blackwater, most of Stannis's army is formed of Florents knights. They have a great impact on units charged by them, ask the wildlings. (Shock cavalry)

Lyseni Pirates. Stannis also was able to gain the support of the pirates who lurk on the Stepstone. Cheap cannon-foďder units.

The Reach

Tarly Outriders. Light cavalry which leads the way and skirmishes the opposing army.

Tarly Vanguard Knights. Heavy cavalry, which leads the charge against enemy. High charge and good armour.

Hightower Retinue Knights. One of the most expensive units in the game.Great at everything, slow and easy to tire(a lot of armour). House Hightower is one of the richest houses in Westeros and hold the second biggest city so they can afford them.

Shield Islands Garrison. The men of the shield islands are supposed to guard the Mander River from Ironborn raids. They have high defense, but are not that good on the offense.

Stormlands

Stormlander Line Breakers
Heavy infantry armed with shield and axe. They charge the enemy lines and create chaos so that the rest of the army can exploit the gap. Max 3

Storm's End Hunting retinue. Elite Horse archers. Nothing much to say. Max 1

Stormlander rangers. Elite archers, who fight with axes and swords at clise range. Leather armour.

This is all I imagined. I might do a second post with the other kingdoms. I hope I have been helpful.
Good luck with the mod. I am really hyped for it.

I hope so. Couple of Velaryon units will make Stannis`s roster more diverse. I also hope for some Florent Knights and some Queen`s men and King`s men units.

The mod can not rely entirely on show characters for generals. For example House Baratheon of Dragonstone will have only Stannis, which is too much of a handicap already for a state that starts with 3 castles and has the smallest army. So you either have to have some made-up generals or put in book characters like the Bastard of Nightsong, Richard the Slayer, Justin the Smiler and Godry the Giantslayer.

As for House Forresters, the North already has alot of potential generals- Robb, the Greatjon, Rickard Karstark, Maege Mormont, Roose Bolton, Galbart and Robett Glover and if the North is merged with the Riverlands(I hope not) then there are Edmure, The Blackfish, Tytos Blackwood, Marq Piper, Jason Mallister and Jonos Bracken. The Forresters would be a cool reference, but nothing more.

Wait for a moment there. Jon has only one battle behind him in the show( no in the books) and he nearly lost it. Tywin has crushed the Reyne-Tarbeck rebellion, fought on the Stepstones, Sacked King`s Landing, Defeated Robb`s uncle(Edmure) couple times. Randyll Tarly is the only man who defeated Robert, he destroyed one of Robb`s detachments near Duskendale(or was it Maidenpool). And Stannis is pretty much the best general in Westeros. He held Storm`s End, captured Dragonstone, Destroyed the Greyjoys at sea and then captured their biggest island,Great Wyk. He nearly took King`s Landing with a land and sea assault(only people with dragons have succeded), destroyed Mance Rayder under the wall with 20 times less men. He also took Deepwood Motte for the Glovers with stealth and in the books is about to destroy the knights of House Frey. Being a good figther(actually not so good, considering Mance trashed him) does not make you a great general. For example Jaime.

It would be nice to see some Longbowmen of House Hunter or maybe Gulltown marines. And Lyn Corbray as a general is a must.

Here is a suggestion for a unit. Ramsey and his twenty good men(shirtless ofcourse) for a high-tier Bolton unit.

To be corrected. Stannis, Tywin and Randyll Tarly should be the only 3 star generals( Maybe you can add the Blackfish too). They are battle-hardened, tested and proven, their men respect them and follow them to seventh hell. Jon is an inexperienced boy who has only charisma and somewhat decent figthing skills, but is far away in martial prowess to men like Barristan Selmy, Victarion Greyjoy, the Clegane Brothers, Jaime, Garlan Tyrell and probably even Loras and Rolland Storm.
