I can answer these questions as I am on the team as a tester.
To answer the first, there will not be a campaign mode.
Second, the EotH is currently in 3 GCs. This may expand if new GCs are created, but that has a lower priority than bug fixing and finishing the factions
Third, the vanilla Palpatine is the model we are currently using, and most likely will continue to use
While I have no qualms about the Arbiter being on the Covenant's side, it seems to be odd that they elites are with the humans while the Arbiter is still with the prophets...... Further, the unit list (which is what I am basing this off of, so if this is all just a typing mistake, then ignore this message) does not include a Master Chief in it, which is odd since you added the Arbiter. Just two things I found odd.
Congratulations, you have crated a program that doesn't work and causes your FOC files to no longer work properly. Now, anyone who has followed your instructions will have to reinstall their FOC game like I do. Next time, make a mod that doesn't replace the base files, please.
I have one question. Why did you put Akbar on the Consortium side? I am very curious, because nothing in his character seems to tell me "I will join a crime syndicate. If that is what you want, fine, but if it is just a place-holder, I would like to know.

I noticed the forth symbol for the Star Trek side of the loading screen. Is that the Dominion symbol? Because I don't think the borg have a symbol and the Cardasians aren't much of a threat without the Dominion to back them.

It takes forever to kill ImpStars with federation units. No ship on the federation side (as in not the borg cube) stands any chance of killing those things. Is this intentional? Just curious....

What's odd is that the official base campaign is fine....
There is a GC in the selection bar that say "Single Player Campaign" or something that allows you to play the base campaign. Obviously, you MUST have touched it at some point, otherwise there it wouldn't be there.
Yeah...... I tried to play clone wars and I couldn't build anything as the republic. The CIS got an exception error right at the start. Also, the victory is glitchy. I was playing as the rebs, got the victory cinematic randomly, and it said "You lost to the Empire". Finally, the redo of the base campaign for the rebels won't continue past the first mission because you don't have Yavin 4 available, so you can't move your troops off Dantooine. But, this is a very good mod, and if you fix these three things, it will be just fine. Good job with everything else.
