Oh cool, I did not notice the RU shots for kills. It's fun, thanks for the info!
Good to know that is the cause. Kind of sad, since my PC isn't a beast to begin with, this extra lag makes gameplay far less enjoyable that it would be otherwise.
Save game is yet another issue, being unable to save while most of the games (for me) take more than 2-3 hours isn't exactly fun.
Do you know anything that could solve either problem?
Other than that, a little balancing is all this mod needs, it's one of my favorite if not THE favorite.

I have but one question: Is there an english guide? A fanmade one maybe?
So far it only took some time to figure things out but now as I started playing with "pixie heavy" or what, I noticed I cannot build resource collectors, instead I have a +250/3-4-5sec(dunno) RU infusion.
That is not much when stuff you want to build costs 30k RUs (+research).

What happened to the "original" complex soundtracks? The soundtrack(s) of "sunshine", "inception" and that's pretty much all I've recognized but anyway, there were a lot of great ones! I would swear it on my half-eaten chocolate cookie chips the older version of the mod contained those!

damn good and a million times better than those mods that increase the popcap to 9999 or so... ignorant ***** didn't think that the game itself cannot handle that much, but 250 is just around perfect.

I had like no problem at all with this mod, not with multiplayer, nor with the campaign (so far)! it's sweeet...
now that I have seen everything this mod could "offer", I must say I'm disappointed. this is ********. the capital ships are dancing, moving sideways at 400m/s whereas rockets and torpedoes move way slower and other ships can't even turn this fast to take aim, fighters can easily kill battlecruisers, and WHAT THE SWEET **** ARE THESE FISHES MOVING AT 1500!?!? not to mention the "mother of all ships" aka saajuk (don't know where this horrible name came from) that deals over 2million damage/shot... yeah, it sure is fun... I died laughing...
Problem with the fighters?
In HW2 (for example) the interceptor squadron
-costs 500RUs,
-contains 5 fighters,
-it has a build time of X
(let's just say X 'cause I don't know how much time it actually takes)
-"consumes" one of the unit cap.
So it should be like
-100RUs/ship (or maybe less considering you can't really save 1-2 of the squadron to "repair" them),
-1/5 X build time,
-it should take one/fighter of the unit cap but the available unit cap should be like 5 times of the original.
I don't really speak of this mod now, but of the idea of single ships in HW2.
Also I don't have problems -at all- with single ships, as long as the RU balance is OK. I think it'd be even better this way. o.o
when will this mod be fully functional with all (or most of) the features? I simply can't stay put, it looks so good! I miss HW(1) but it's a pain to see those graphics, also it ruins my memories...

I mean they created these ships, THIS is their design what you can see. There is no "it doesn't look like", because it just simply IS. the. design. for the hiigarans.
well, sadly all I can do is agree. planets should be far far away from each other. I know it is not (really) possible in a HW2 map.
but, maybe, 2 planets each "corner" of the map could look "realistic". so to speak.
somewhy when I try to launch the game, under the loading screen the game just...close. I have alredy played 1-2 game, and did nothing just changing the sensitivities under "complex custom", just as I did my previous gameplays...
