Even with what Slikk accomplished for his Hard Cord Tactical 2 mod, the A.I. is still not good enough. Your teammates will never be as great as you. Spamming grenades, creating distractions and giving away ammo is about all you can ask from them.

It's a good mod. Though, I would have liked to have seen blood stains on uniforms and soldiers' skin. That level of detail is featured in the Merciless Medtador mod. But, I have no idea how to get that mod to work with Back2Fronts. I wish someone could add more to this Bloodthirsty one.

I love this mod, but I had to swap out the MG-42 sound for the Back2Fronts sound design. The B2F Mg-42 is the closest to the real weapon, based on the mods I've tested for Call of Duty 2. All the other guns in your mod sound realistic.

Thanks for this skin mod. I gave it a 10/10 rating. For a small favor, can you work on Wehrmacht skins for the American campaign? Remember the Call of Duty: World At War mission titled "Reichstag?" Can you give some of the German soldiers field caps instead of helmets for a few of the American levels? We need more skin and gore mods that are compatible with B2Fs.

Ok, my biggest criticism with this concept now is that it replaces the secondary weapon. Can you possibly move the code script so that it works while using the standard binoculars, instead of replacing the other firearm? You definitely improved it from a few weeks ago. How about it replacing the special grenade key? Number 5 or Number 6 key?

I spoke with Slikk, the creator of the Hard Core Tactical Mod. There will be an update for Back2Fronts soon. Sprint will have less screen shaking, it will include a grenade throwback feature, and I believe a new Italian weapon will be added to the base game. There is no timetable for the release date, though. Give it maybe six more months.

It's a good addition to the Back2Fronts, Bloodthirsty, Weapon Audio Realism, and Saving Private Ryan mods. I use all of them at the same time. Slikk, the creator of the Hard Cord Tactical Mod, is working with the creator of B2Fs to incorporate a grenade throwback feature for COD2.

Why did you abandon this mod? It has been seven years and you never got around to releasing a patch? It's just disappointing because the mod is great. Slikk even added a grenade throw-back feature in his Hard Core Tactical mod. If you plan to eventually release the patch, add that in.

When do you think you'll complete the Soviet surnames and ranks mod?

Slikk, thanks for finishing this mod. I know it took years to complete. If you don't mind me asking, is it possible that you could create a separate file here on Mod DB for a grenade throw-back feature? I love playing the HCTM, but I also want the grenade throwback script in Back2Fronts. A separate downloadable file, as an add-on to Call of Duty 2, would be great for the modding community. That script is too difficult for most modders I've encountered.

How do you deploy a mortar? Is that only for multiplayer? I have the Back2Fronts mod. To deploy an MG-42 or .30 Cal, you have to press 5 while crouched next to a barrel, wall, cement block, etc. Then, you press "E" or the use key to use it. It's a pretty cool feature. I have no idea how to use a mortar, though.

If you're looking for another project, feel free to add in a "grenade throw-back" feature. Maybe you could ask Slikk to help you out with that. He added it into his Hardcore Tactical Mod. It needs to be included as an add-on for Call of Duty 2. It would improve the gameplay, especially on veteran.
