ok this is my solution:
go into the game folder than go in gamedata\config\creatures\actor.ltx

edit:

hit_probability_gd_master 0.80 -> 1.0
disp_base 0.8 -> 0.0
disp_aim 0.04 -> 0.00

Now go into game data\config\weapons\weapons.ltx

edit:

hit_probability_max_dist 10 -> 1000

what value need change to attack speed?

is possible to increase the speed of spiders?
