Second release of the mod. More guns, a few more ammo types, .50 caliber rounds in truck engines, and better sounds.
It's that time again for a mod release. After downloading and extracting the archive, please be sure to read the install info. In addition to running the installer, it is necessary to install the VS2010 redistributable if you haven't done so already.

hey, when i installed the mod, and run a gme, it was woring fine. but when i was get to the recovery mission and i destroy all tanks, and kill all koreans, psycho and that woman doesnt want to go and i dont know what to do.... pls help
5 years later :D....so after destroy the tanks just keep going like the vanilla game, take de road close with the river and move to the next checkpoint

got my first error, when I pickup a Barrett it works fine, but if i change weapons, it just disappears and I cannot use it.

The AA-12 not working is indicative of the DLL not functioning properly. There could be a couple of causes.
Did you install the visual studio 2010 redistributable?
If you did, how do you load the mod?

in winrar I get file is corrupt error for the installer
I would try re-downloading, sorry. Everyone's been downloading the same file off the server without issues like that, so it's most likely a botched download.
I have problem. Big "Problem". NPCs just dont want to shoot at me :D
That's the game engine being weird. Restarting the game should fix it.
Download doesn´t work. Gamefront cant find the file after waiting the five seconds for the download to start
Works now, so never mind. Also having the "yellow orb turrets" that sponge460 described.

Well... I've been getting some trouble to get this mod to work(even though I have followed the guide in the readme) i find that after loading a level before i have started it, the game crashes and I'm unable to play this insane mod. I have checked the error log and has something to do with cryrender/edD3D9 and occaisionally cryaixxx(forgot the rest)not sure if i may have done wrong installation, or the visual studio which I try to install but notifies that i have a more recent version on computer.Also i extract the"Tactical Expansion" folder with correct os to"Mods" sect but does not show. Help will be greatly appreciated.

IS this mod compatible with other mods/skinpacks ToD installs cause my levels wont even start before the game crashes.
I've got problems where the shotgun ammo boxes have no colour on them, there seems to be a lot of invisible scar ammo, the FNP-45 dll didn't do anything and any non-vinilla turret is just an unusable yellow orb
The only thing I can think of is that when I installed the vs 2010 it said there was a more up-to-date one already installed.
Help anyone?
Having exactly the same problems. Invisible ammo, the replacment files didn't do a thing but i can see the changes you made to the levels (can find claymores and the like)
Are all the new guns in this? Played through the whole campaign and only found the M107, so I'm guessing I had 1.0 in not this. Awesome mod tho.
This mod rocks but I've found a few minor bugs I think. If I use one of the replacement weapon packs (I LOVE that UMP-45) the other 7.62mm sniper rifle (not the DSG-1) has a screwed up menu, the suppressor/flash hider menu is overlapping the ammo menu, makes it very hard to switch features and ammo. Also, when I pick up the nuclear demo pack and switch over to my rifles and then go back to explosives, the demo pack is gone. When I finally get to the VTOL to get my Gauss rifle, I can pick it up but if I switch to ANY other item or weapon and then try to go back to it, no Gauss rifle and it's not on the ground, it's just gone to the same place as the demo pack. I don't have this issue if I use JUST the mod. Bummer cause I think that UMP is way better than the M8A2.

Found a work around for some things and also found some minor issues.
When using an alternate weapon pack if I pick up the repair torch I have the issue with missing guns later. So don't pick up the repair torch and that fixes that issue. The SASS menu is still screwed up though, the muzzle attachment menu overlays on the ammo selection menu, hard to see what you have selected or not. You can't use the AT ammo for the Gauss rifle, no matter how much you pick up it does not show on the ammo selection menu, it's like you never picked it up. Again, this only happens if you use any alternate weapon pack.
The M18A1 (Claymore mine) and the AT mines do not work at all but that's not a show stopper for me, I rarely used them anyway even in Warhead.
I haven't found some of the other items/vehicles in the game yet, thinking either I just haven't found them or you removed them in v1.1 (going by your change log for v1.0).
Having said that, this is still one awsome mod, still discovering things you stuck in here in different places. Great job Kilroy.
Umm weapons work fine,but KPA dont see me and die in weapons in their arms(unless i grab em or i kill em while the weapons are in the holster),any fix? I have newer version than mod redistributable.

the SCAR in game isn't showing up outside of the Magazine and almost half the attachments aren't showing did I do something wrong?

For some reason the only thing the mod did is increase the number of enemies by like 10 for every point where there are enemies.

Also be aware you CANNOT have everything !!! There is limitation because there is a lot more new content in weapons,ammo and attachments.

Great mod, love overwhelming selection guns & ammo, bullet penetration and blood effects.
This is a must play...the game it should have been in the first place.

As a whole this is a nice mod. Especially the added weapons and weapon addons. However,it also messes up the AI to some degree. Making it more
aggressiv but also more stupid.
Regarding fanmade sp maps: some work very well with this mod,others wont
load anymore.
