Will this mod not work with the Warfare addon? Both has an Fsgame you have to copy into the CoC directory. Don't see how they'd conflict with one another as theyre completely different types of addons.

So after reinstalling CoC without any addons, i'm still getting an unhandled exception error when trying to quick load(F9) when in survival mode. Anyone else having this problem? It happens sometimes in normal as well but i can quick load just fine. I thought maybe it was an addon causing that, but nope, just normal 1.4.22 CoC

I've only ever used 1 version which is the 1.4.22. I've started about 20 new games this past week due to not being able to load up games in between sessions, or even being able to reload after dying

So i'm getting crashes when playing survival mode. Saves appear to get corrupted when hitting F9 to quick load after dying, when i boot up the game again and try to load up one of my quick saves for that session i get an unhandled exception error. Doesnt do that on normal mode. Using quite a few addons, i don't know if any of them could be causing this problem

I havent really noticed a price difference, i tend to just sell weapons to whatever trader im closest too. Like my main little hub i go to frequently is 100 rads bar, so i just sell all my stuff to the barman. But all my artifacts i always sell to the scientist in yantar. I just made 200K RU from a bunch of artifacts i had saved up, and one was worth 95K

Is there a set location for the tool kits? I'm up where the advanced tool kit should be in the jupiter plant, but its not in there. Guess it doesnt really matter anyways since that old guy in red forest can upgrade everything, but would be great to have other mechanics able to do advanced upgrades as well

Man that sucks. I was considering doing ironman, but seeing as how buggy the game can be and all. Like a little bit ago, i was heading back to the 100 rads bar to drop off some stuff to lower my weight, and like 5 seconds after loading into that map, 2 dogs just randomly spawn next to me and kill me almost immediately. Sucks when the game cheats you, dying to stupidity is one thing, dying to the game being cheap just sucks.

AO, Armory Mod, NPC Survivability, and better torch/flashlight. NPC Survivability def fixed the insane military guys being almost unkillable, its fair now, I can kill enemies just as easily as they can kill me, i only die now because i either got flanked, or i tried to go rambo and not paying attention to how many enemies are nearby.

Anyone happen to know where you can find/buy 6.8x43 ammo? I've got a really nice gun i want to use just sitting in a stash box in the 100 rads bar, but i have yet to find a trader who sells it, or encounter enemies who use weapons that use that ammo.

So after getting some addons, the game has become significantly more balanced now. Playing on master difficulty, and i'm dying to stupidity, not cheap AI being bullet sponges and seeing me from 900 miles away. Posing a great amount of challenge and i'm having a blast now. Def got the gear now to take out those prick military guys in the great swamp that got me to rage pretty hard. Revenge shall be mine.

Haha yeah, luckily it was only 2 military guys right on top of the hill, towards where the bridge is with the tunnel underneath, but once i killed them both, no one else came near the camp. Was just frustrating starting off with basic gear, and having to deal with both of them with your starting pistol. Nabbed some addons like the extra outfits, cant complain about having a good variety of armors/weapons to use.

Sid actually at one point had quite a lot of good stuff i wanted, but i wasnt anywhere close to being able to afford them, then once i get a lot of RU, he wasnt selling any of it, haha. Def need to mass some RU and hoof it to the 100 rads, barman always has some good stuff to sell.

I'm only using the AO addon(the one on the top of the addon list, page 1), but i downloaded the npc survivability addon last night, just havent tried it yet. I too have always played the stalker games on master difficulty, and i hate having to lower the difficulty to compensate for the pixel perfect accuracy of the enemies. The swamp is the only map so far that ive actually struggled so hard. I'm gonna backtrack out of there and go back to cordon and get some more money and try to nab some better weapona and a helmet, which for some reason the trader never has.

Crossing the swamp map off my list for now, and will stick with the normal SHoC maps i know by heart till i get some better gear. The swamp is so flat, and all the water being radiated makes it quite linear at times and there's not a whole lot of cover.

Also another thing i noticed, when i started my first game as a loner, there were 2 military guys literally right outside the loner main camp in cordon, who would constantly fire at me, and all the npc's in the camp ignored them, even when they were being shot at. They just ignored the military guys and let them kill me.

I really want to like this mod, but the AI are cheap. They always know where i am, they headshot me from 90 miles away while behind cover. Military guys take multiple HEADSHOTS with a sniper rifle. There's absolutely no chance of competing with them. The second i lean out from behind cover i instantly die because every enemy has pixel perfect accuracy thats always aimed directly at my face.

I had a blast though for the 9 hours straight that ive been on it, and wish the AI wasnt hacking. Don't even tell me to "git gud"

Most games have the dumbest AI which a lot of people are so accustomed to, but this AI is just ludicrous. Guess i'll knock the difficulty down to the easiest one, maybe they'll cheat less because i really want to explore every map, but not get 1shotted every 3 seconds. Sad too because i didnt even turn on that Hardcore AI aim option, but i guess its on by default because they don't miss at all.

I'm in the swamp level right now, and crouching slowly through the tall grass is useless as im being pelted constantly with bullets when the AI has absolutely 0 visibility. How can you kill something that always see's you, but you cant see them? It's infuriating.

Amazing mod though! I can tell much effort went into this, i just dont have the patience anymore to continue playing it.

Okay,ran into the problem with saves. fixed it by running it under admin. Now my cursor hits a wall and i cant click on anything on the bottom of my screen,or the right side. cursor is boxed in the left portion of my screen,and i cant even click on anything,cursor BARELY touches the exit to desktop button on the main menu,and i cant even change the resolutin...so far this mod has been impressive, and by impressive, i mean impressively disappointing.

This mod is incredible, Ive spent 2 hours so far in cordon, and i haven't gotten a single stutter or lockup like it usually does. This is by far the best ShOC mod i've ever played, and i've played pretty much all of them.

I can't even get the mod to work, crashes a few seconds after my screen goes black. Did everything i was supposed to, edited the fsgame file,used the installer and did the patch and it refuses to work.

Edit, nevermind i got it. Guess it was the SweetFX that was causing it to crash. Fixed!

No thanks,im not jumping through 400 hoops to download a mod,which apparently takes 3 years to download.

Gimme now! Hopefully this mod is soundblaster friendly, i couldnt enjoy particle paradise on crappy onboard realtek with no 5.1 and crap audio quality :/ already have 190 hours played for SHoC,and thats not as much as i'd hope to have. beta now! gimme! :D

maybe i missed something. but is there a way to fix the muzzle flash from guns? its actually firing down by my hands,and not out of the actual gun barrel.

Hopefully you can. trying to find other solutions to getting good sound quality in game,i tried the onboard realtek,and it sounds awful,theres no life to the sounds,and its all flat,and i cant get 5.1 to work through it. must..find a solution :P Keep up the great work man.

anyway to get your mod to work with creativr soundblaster cards? i really like mine,and its dissapointing to play the mod with such awful quality sound

Well that seemed to work for me,lasted alot longer,and didnt get a BSOD,but then i decided to put in the L10 textures,and it crashes right before the main menu. its always something lol :P oops,forgot to get the hotfix lol

Thats strange that a sound card would cause problems,its usually video card/driver related. i'll get back to you when i test it out,and see if it BSOD's again.
