Is it possible to resize all the backgrounds to 800p? the original size of the texstures (1280x960) would be fine if the game did any kind of resampling when playing at different resolutions, but the backgrounds just look horrible otherwise.
I tried resizing all the .webp files to 800p myself, but the game just refuses to load with the resized textures

Any update to this mod? It's been 5 years since any progress has been made. Is it dead? I downloaded the current version, but the main menu is just black, with menu text...
Edit: Oh you need DUKE3D.GRP from Atomic Edition... Probably should have mentioned that somewhere....
Doesn't work for me. Did a fresh install of Deus Ex, then installed GMDXv10, and I get an error on startup, then it closes.
Edit: Oh so you need the 1.112fm update for this mod to work. You probably should mention that somewhere. Some of us have the original disc version, not the GOTY Steam version.
Edit2: Ok even with the 1.112fm update installed, voice lines are all messed up. Can you please provide instructions for properly installing this on none GOTY versions?
Yeah, I original released them on the Quake3World forums about 4 years ago. I only recognised them because of the modified Railgun skin that I made.
Good to see I was given credit for the use of the Quake Arena Arcade weapon models, that I ported to standard Quake 3. Oh wait....

I honestly hope it is better, then sarge can take some of the possible new features and apply them to brutal doom
I want to see third person viewable weapons return in v20b. Not getting my hopes up though. Sarge has dodged my question multiple times now, so i'm assuming he has no intention of putting them back in.

Wow, not to sound like an ******* or anything.... but couldn't you have done that earlier, instead of now?
yeah I guessed as much. Wasn't sure if it was a shader overlayed onto the wall brush, or just a seperate brush with the wall/lava texture on it. I'll be playing it with Fitz (Quakespasm)

the fire at the bottom, is that a flat texture on a seperate brush? or is it some kind of shader on top of the wall?
