What hotkeys that you can change difficulty in the Editor.
STEAM:
Go to the game in the library and right click on it, click properties, click on set launch options, then add in the box:
-edit -level easy
or
-edit -level normal
or
-edit -level hard
or
-edit -level heroic
NON-STEAM:
Create a shortcut of your mow_as2_ed.exe and place it on your desktop,
right click it and click on properties,
in Target type either of these after mowas_2_ed.exe"(space)
-edit -level easy
or
-edit -level normal
or
-edit -level hard
or
-edit -level heroic
No hotkeys just do it manually on properties.
