A small WIP to fix bugs and bring more functionality to Last Day, regularly updated.
IMPORTANT:
- Always make sure to install this over english translation files.
- As of version (5.0), it won't work without official upate (2018/3/14), so don't use it on older versions.
- Install order: official update (2018/3/14) ► English Translations ► FCO (in case you're using it, don't forget to use the compatibility files below) ► this mod ► other mods
- Install (main files) first, then any optional tweaks you want.
- There is an included FAQ guide about common issues in Last Day, i suggest you to take alook at it.
- Credit goes to many modders, i used some of their tweaks & files in this addon because they're important (NamelessWanderer, Strelocc, VodkaChicken, v1ld)
Main files:
Install this before anything else, a collection of bug fixes and improvements. no new game is required:

Compatibility Tweaks:
- FCO (Fieldcraft Crafting Overhaul) v7b: fix a crash about missing section "hunter"
Optional Tweaks:
You may find something useful here, install what you need:
• Feature - Azazel Faction Menu (by Debrovski): allows you to choose next character's faction you want to play in Azazel Mode and more.
• Feature - Choose the Route You're Paying For: (for those who play without opened map routes)
The idea of paying traders for hidden routes in MLR is great. it gives the feeling of progression through your playthrough.
The issue however is that spending those 8000 RU feels like rolling dice, you may or may not get the route you want.
With this tweak:
- You can choose the path you're paying for in the dialog. prices range of course, some routes cost more than others.
- Snitch prices are rebalanced (a bit cheaper than regular traders), no more super-crazy prices.
- All traders will ask for money, no more asking for rare artifacts.
• Feature - DRX Dynamic Faction Relations: added here since it still works with the latest patch.
• Gameplay - Controller nerf: this tweak nerfs the controller psi-aura in case you need it, now its similar/a bit stronger than Burer's psi-aura.
• Gameplay - Poltergeist nerf: this tweak nerfs the poltergiest's psi-aura in case you need it, now it will slightly hurt you.
• Gameplay - Disable Brain Scorcher on new game: and all psi-generators, this is for people who want to play without restrictions.
• Gameplay - Enable dynamic anomalies: dynamic anomalies are enabled by default in 3/14 update, but i disabled them in the main files due to the major issues they cause.
You can enable them again from this if you want to take a risk.
• Gameplay - Disable outfit-upgrade requirments: if you don't like the hardcore AWR system which force you to get outfits tools/items in order to use them on upgrades, this will disable them and restore the old system. you can now upgrade outfits just buy spending money.
• Gameplay - Remove New Mutants: requires a new game to get rid of all new mutants. if it worked on old saves, it won't remove any existing new mutants, but it will prevent them from spawning again.
• HUD - Alternative Health & Stamina Bars: self-explanatory
• HUD - Alternative UI: alternative LD main background, more gray-ish menus
• HUD - Enable Ammo Counter: self-explanatory
• HUD - Enable Minimap: self-explanatory
• HUD - Disable Weapon , Armor , Helmet Indicators: self-explanatory
• HUD - Show Natural Online Squads on Map: unlike the new option that shows all squads on all maps, this one only shows the online sqaud (in player's map)
• HUD - Opened Scopes - by Morka: gives all weapon scopes an opened border in (zoom-in) state.
• Sound - Remove outer radio music: coming from megaphones and radio objects in some locations like Dead City base.
• Sounds - Restore Anomalies Beeping Sound: this is the detection sound once you get close to anomalies.

Crash Reporting:
I will try to update this addon as long as i can. if you faced crashes issue, send me the whole crash log in a private message to me and don't forget to mention the add-ons you use and when/where did you got the crash.
It's better to report crashes that happen only in vanilla game, i won't try to fix issues in add-ons.
A whole pack of very convenient options, that will definitely improve my gameplay experience even further. And very detailed readme, that noob like me really appreciate. It is very kind of you to think of all that. Thank you, Sir Tronex.
Someone, make an addon so that you can improve the condition of the armor, and the helmet from the condition "shabby" to "new", with the help of a special repair kit, you'll think up yourself.
(Google translate)
i have not seen one of these at least here. what language originally?
compatible with inglish translate 0.9.4?
Yes, they use the same files.
Thanks a ton for the minimap Tronex!
thanks..........
I keep crashing when using the "Choose the Route You're Paying For" optional dlc whenever I try to start the game, any ideas?
I can't help you without a crashlog, check out the log file and paste the part under FATAL ERROR in the bottom.
so now i dont need any extra stuff for suits upgrades?
must start game new ?
Late reply, no you don't need a new game.
Yes!! F6 Hardsave i love you Tronex! Keep up the awesome job.
What exactly caused the bindings to get removed?
The developer made a script to unbind those keys upon switching campfire save mode on (to prevent people from using them to cheat). i forced them to get re-binded again once you switch campfire mode off (fixed keys, F5 and F9)
Hey, I'd like to use your A-Life Revamp. Should I install it before or after inserting your fixing files? Which files should I replace and keep?
Doesn't matter, they're compatible with each others. but A-Life Revamp use the old mutant looting script so you might want to try installing A-Life Revamp first then this.
I will update that mod later to fix this little issue.
I did what you told me. Thanks for your help.
Even with the newest fix I am still getting the no weapon bug after looting mutants, any ideas?
I assume you installed TRX Alife Revamp 2.1 after this right? that one use the older looting script.
I've just updated this and Alife Revamp, download both mods and install this first then Alife Revamp.
I am also having this issue and tried exactly that and am still having the issue, could it be from something else?
Weird, it's working for me. but i will take a look at it tomorrow.
Btw: try to loot a mutant. once the looting menu appear, press esc instead of clicking ok or on some mutant part, you should get all items instantly (without that issue).
Just want a feedback to see if that still works.
Downloaded newest updates of this and A-Life, installed this first then A-Life, mutant looting bug is still there. Clicking esc instead of ok and vice versa still causes the looting bug, just reporting in.
I installed the Alife Revamp first then this Mod. Just the main files, I didn't install any optional files.
Okay I will delete both, download the updated versions and install this first and Alife second, thanks!
I never had looting issues users talk about in the last day or earlier versions of this mod but now i do...strange. Whats the general consensus on fixing this issue?
The mutant looting issue with the animations not playing and sometimes making your weapons unequip that is.
There's no fix yet. I even tried to disable mutant looting UI script and it still didn't fix the issue.
I just did a little update, give it a test now.
So...what is the recommended install order for TRX Fixes
and A-Life?
I updated the summery above, check it out.
Thanks!
I haven't had my weapons disappear but the animations arent playing and its still a bit buggy. You have to press escape to get rid of the loot window, the comfirmation in the ui doesnt work.
Same here the for me the animation lasts only for a second and it stops, does not play the full animation.
Can you quick save with hardcore save ?
Lol, let's call it quick-hardsave. just press F6 in the main menu while you're playing.
And i doubt if there's any difference between quick save and hard save in stalker... but who knows, just use it.
There is an error I am experiencing when extracting the files. For some reason Winzip cannot extract .1\TRX - Fixes (3.3) [LD 1.3 +Patch]\2. Optional Tweaks\Gameplay - Disable (Defend Base From Mutants) Mission\gamedata\configs\scripts". Is this an error on my end? I tried re-downloading it but the same error stops the rest of the extraction. If I can't solve this will I still be able to install the 1. Main Files. It seems they are completely extracted. The rest of the 2. Optional Tweaks are empty after the -Disable (defend base from mutants). How would I go about solving this?
I have some crash using "Choose the route you're paying for" when I try to speak with barman at 100rads. The game gets me a CTD with this log:

I'm sure I have lastest Last Day patch and translation (1.3), and I verified the rest of addons I have, and anyone doesn't produces the same error.
I can play disabling this addon, but I want to know if this have a easy solution. Thanks in advance.
This is me talking the Barkeep with this tweak:
I.imgur.com
The issue is from your end, make sure that no mod is overwriting the files from the tweak.
Yes, it was my fault. It's solved, now is running properly.
Heya Tronex, cheers for the fixes! Quick question, would you suggest turning on AI die in anomalies? I was just thinking when they go searching for artifacts, I can imagine alot of them die.
Turning it off would be a wise idea, the AI is not perfect in detecting anomaly borders. so they usually end up dying. I enabled just for the people who want this and don't care much about the issue.
About the HUD, are you asking about the CoC HUD? or what? in Last Day the icons only pop up in the right so i didn't touch that. only the health bar since it was barely visible.
I have a vivid SoC memory of a bandit who backpedaled into an electro anomaly and died, while fighting me. I feel it reinforces that sense that the Zone doesn't play games or favorites.
Definitely be careful with companions though.
Won't let me edit the above comment. Anywho I was wondering if I could get the old hud back. Not too keen on the new health bar and the the fact that icons pop up on the right side.
Really nice tweaks, dude. Do you think you could also change the visuals of the options menu and so on, to fit the changes of the in-game ui ?
Also, why can't we lend items to companions through PDA anymore ?
They can't?! well ****, it was working perfectly in CoM. i guess its something related to the Relations tab script.
I will check it out later
For anyone who's reading this:
About the HUD, i only changed the health and stamina bars because they were barely visible, and the hunger icon with more fitting one.
If you don't like a particular change, let me know and i would see if i can revert it back.
After some thinking, I will restore the old HUD and make the new one optional in the next update. i think that's the best thing to do.
Just a random question not sure if it relates too this but I updated my A-Life addon and then added this new update I noticed that on the map the icon for Stalkers who are friendly or neutral don't show up any more ? Part of this new version or the A-life addon update ?
hmmmm i think it's part of this one cause i edited some files related to the UI.
But are you sure you have the PDA network options ON in the gameplay options?
yea it is enabled, as I could see them on the map before hand.
*edit| No wait now after leaving the game and coming back the icons returned...strange.
