Ran the NPC textures through various Neural Upscaling programs, mixed the best results, and made the final touches myself, to get the most sharp-looking textures without ruining the original material.
First of all thanks to Garompa for his help deciphering most of the text written in most pick up models, and Theuaredead´ for his contribution to the HEV Suit textures.
2.4 - Updated the following models:
Barney now has a more detailed Kevlar vest and a remade ID badge
Scientists now have a proper belt for their pants! wooo
Fixed Luther's and Gman's mouth mesh, teeth show properly now
Most NPCs got their textures redone/tweaked in order to restore lost details that can only be found on the official model renders.
- These changes affects the following NPCs: Alien Grunt, Alien Slave, Zombie and Controller.
The HEV Suit (Player, Hologram and pick up) now has a updated glove texture to match the view model better.NOTE: Gibs and player (p_) models not included, they will be added in the next update.
2.3 - Added the following models:
Blue shift models (this includes NPCs, props, view and world models exclusive to the expansion).
Fixed bug on certain animations where NPCs would open their mouth when playing non-corresponding sounds.
Gibs! (Only organic gibs so far)Note: Removed the widescreen view models since they required a lot of work and you can easily fix this by setting default_fov to 105.
2.2 - Added the following models:
Almost every world model item (pistol is still unfinished, RPG world model not done yet).

Barnacle and Tentacle Base are included but not shown in the preview.
Move to your "models" folder located at "Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\valve\models".
(or valve_hd in case you want to make them togglable, just make sure to empty the folder first in order to avoid inconsistency in models and sounds).

These look incredible! Nice work.
One thing I will say is that some of the textures, particularly faces look like they are off center, which is an issue the older models had too when exported with something like MilkShape3D. Are there any plans to make these adjustments in future to align them correctly on the UV Map?

It is an issue with the puplisher, somewhat slack and careless.
Most models are ok, only hgrunt & tentacle have to be fixed. Good work in overall!
Any chance you can point out the flaws on them? Honestly I made those two at the last moment so I'm not surprised that I messed up somewhere.

I have a problem with Agrunt which is if I shoot the armor that appears instead the blood isn't a reflection of the bullet. Fix it (sorry im using google translate)
