Who themed the awards?
This year we had a guest artist make all the fancy-smacy art assets for the competition! Lets read about the artist (an indie game developer for Survivors of Ragnarok) and why he does what he does!
I'm digging the art style. I think it compliments Moddb perfectly.
Finally! I have been waiting for this!
its the time already?!
time is so quick

BOOBIES!
This isn't YouTube where you can say absolutely stupid, random things and get your comment liked. Sorry.

LOL? it was meant to be as good as juicy tits (the mod award)
And you are 21?
*sigh*
Interesting art choice.
Great to see it back again :D. Love the new art-style. Last year i had so much fun promoting my game was so much great competition. Let's hope this year is just as good if not better.
What a great surprise this is, I completely forgot about MOTY. Echoing what already been said the art-style is great and very well suited to ModDB
You and me both...I don't know how I managed to forget about MotY, but somehow I did.
*Smacks self*
This year seems to have passed really quickly..
Indeed. Where did that year go again?
"Time, Dr. Freeman? Is it really that time again? It seems as if you only just arrived. You've done a great deal in a small time span. You've done so well, in fact, that I've received some interesting offers for your services."
-GMan
Yes G-Man, it's time again, for the one most awesome time ever.
And people have done a great job in a small time span.
i love the event of vote moddb, every years at Christmas
Wow that time again? This year passed fast!
I wish BOOM 3 will win!

Has it allready been a year ...

Yay, it'S that time of the year again!
Goodluck!
May the best mod win!
This will be grand!
Let's hope for the winning team!
Go Tiberian Genesis \o/
Welp, time to stop visiting the frontpage for good news posts for a few weeks.
The Stanley Parable - I ******* called it!
Who'll be the runner-ups might be exciting to watch, tho'...
Oh lol, I have a question: Can Project Reality (BF2) win again? I mean I don't if it was last year but people said it couldn't win again since it already did once.
I always love the MOTY/IOTY awards and the 'year in review's and I'm happy to see that it's once more being organized, thanks DesuraNET!
The art style reminds me of The Protomen's cover style for Act I. But it's red, not blue.
I Can Vote for "The Game Of The Year" or only "The Mod Of The Year".
and i can vote more of 1 time??, and, why i can't view the "Top 100"??.
sory for maked many questions :), and sorry for my bad english :)
Grettings Edoc_32 :)
You can vote for both, you can vote as many times as you desire, the top 100 will be visible in phase 2.
As "Phase 2" ??, i believed that this is the Phase 2 :)
I've counted 9k out of 45k votes by now (ye, i was late to start), that's 1/5 of all the votes. And well, complete leaders are:
Third Age - Total War
Garrys Mod
Forgotten Hope 2
White Night
Cry of Fear
CryZone: Sector 23
Company of Heroes: Eastern Front
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Lost Alpha
Republic at War
Multi Theft Auto
Those already got enough to get into top 100, even if they wont recieve any more votes.
I can quite accurately predict who's getting into phase 2, so feel free to ask.
ModDB is a Big 'MOTY'vation for All Mods :D
Moddb may want to re-think when and how long MOTY occurs next year. Many of the modders are in college currently in finals and missed out on promoting their mods this week.
2 HOURS!!! :D ahh can't wait
