This amazing advancement allows us to define the actions, decisions, and personalities of enemies and allies with minimal programming and rapid prototyping. Every other mod and game out there is stuck with hard coded Artificial Intelligence that is static, predictable, and boring.

theyve already covered this question. and from what ive heard i would think that this is more about servers being able to mod the mod, a bit like garrysmod and LUA but for gametypes... but they have said that they have thought about recreating the story.

Ask yourselves this.. Has GoldenEye: Source ever not been on the cutting edge of pushing valve's source engine in the modding scene.
First mod to release with achievements. First to use python to simplify our dynamic game-modes, and use it well for python scripters to have a field-day.
Is this a sign of continuing that ground breaking tradition of always pushing the envelope. Well..You decide ;)
