OpenArena 0.7.7 patch released
This patch is mainly a bugfix patch to fix some of the annoying issues that cropped up in the 0.7.6 release.

This is mainly a bugfix release. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you upgrade from 0.7.6 to 0.7.7 (or rather, from 0.7.1 to 0.7.6 to 0.7.7 for half of you)
- Fixed "Getting stuck bug"
- Fixed logging bug
- Fixed UI crash
- Fixed overflow in Multiplayer list + Some of beast's changes to server list (longer names)
- Instantgib and All rockets disabled during single player startup
- Clears nextmap after single player
- Windows only: new SDL.dll allows Caps Lock and Num Lock to be used as keys.
- Using protocol number 69, this should only now show servers running 0.7.7 (In other words, no more lotsofservers with 'invalid game folder' error)

This doesn't work with mods :/ like gundamn universe
more like gundam universe don't work with it!
I've tried several mods and they work and some don't because they're fussy and rely on specific irreplacable q3a content
you mean it doesn't work since the update or since... for ever?
Open Arena works with every mod i've tried, havnt got to try GU out though because i havnt found a .zip version for my mac.
It never worked with GU for some reason no matter which ever version I had .
Looks like some kind o downgraded UT game

even when I bash something I at least do my research first.
I have a question. i liked this mod in the last version but it didnt like my pc. crashing it constantly so i was forced to remove it. Does this version still crash the users PC?
there's only one way to find out is to try it again

obviously not. let me rephrase the question. has this patch covered any crash issues which the last version had is what i meant.
this game is very platform friendly, try updateing your software, drivers, etc. I've been playing this on my mac for... a long time, and i've got my friends on their PC's playing too.
Love this game its great
