Well, hello all, we have a rather large update for NimMod.
Mod News:
-NimMod is now offically in public beta so.
-We now have an 8 person server up: 69.31.15.20:28888. If the server is not up for some reason, please email Nimgoble at mechanicalanimal125@yahoo.com
Changes:
- Added VIP classes. You can choose between Alyx and the Combine Super Soldier.
- Added custom death notices.
- Added a new type of gameplay: Survival. The VIP must survive for 3 minutes.
- Added map maj_prison. From now on, Survival maps will have the prefix "maj".
Please check out "Update History" in the NimMod folder for the minor updates.
-New default sprays. These will also be used in the hud for team identification icons in the near future.
-New sniper rifle in the works.
Things to come:
- Another Survival map is in the works.
- I will be fixing the issue where Alyx's gun is sticking out of her hip.
- The BodyGuards will be getting a class structure much like the VIP.
- Another "class" for the VIP. As soon as we find another character for it.
- More guns. Suggestions are welcome.
- Another Escort map based loosely in WWII era Germany.
- Little tweaks here and there. The minor updates will be in "Update History".
