After one Year of development we successfully released our Crysis Mod Living Hell: Noname Island 2!

Important Note: When you play on Middle or Low, you have to typ into the console (^): "con_restricted 0" and then "r_HDRRendering=1"

Story
13. August 2020. The special Forces of the US-Fraction is on their way to Noname Island in the Pacific. Secret Informations about Clone Tests has been leaked by a account executive. The Project is allegedly under the attendance of the Korean Ex-Military Kyong. Equipped with Nanosuits, the Situation has to be inspected. But already before the Arrival, everything went wrong. The aircraft-carrier with Nomad and Psycho got under bombardment and sunk. The whole Team is absentminded on the Island, including Nomad.The previous Mission gets merely secondary, it is more important now to find Nomad and disappear from that Island!

The installer returns an error because I dont have crysis installed in the default location.
Might want to make a manual installer, or fix the installer so we can play :D
I thought installers would look for the file location in your systems registry. To prevent piracy etc.
If your implying that I pirated it, you can forget it.
I did a fresh install, and the installer returns an error in german, setting any directory returns this error
You set it to .../Crytek/Crysis ?
Hm strange.. i have even tried it at a friends pc, who has installed it in a secondary harddisc, but after setting the ../Crytek/Crysis Path, it worked
I will ask Hamers (the one who created the installer) asap ;)
My installation folder is E:programs/games/crysis
Im doing another installation, ill leave it on default this time though
After another reinstall it seems to be working

installer should work perfect, you can set your path if its not the default location by yourself at step 3 or so..
i am by the dam part but i dont know how this wallrun part works

Best Way: Go in Speed mod, stand next to the wall, and then press w+d+Shift and run along the wall forward ;)

I have to say that I was disappointed when I played.
The first thing I noticed was the overkill in the depth of field. It was playing hell with my eyes, but I guess this is "Living Hell" so maybe you did that on purpose. Either way, it got really irritating at times and at one point my eyes even started to water from it.
The other major flaw is the inconsistency in combat. As soon as we left the Dam after destroying the generator, there was a platoon of KPA just sitting there, and they all of the sudden lit us up. There's no pretense for combat, it just happens. And the part that made me quit was when the VTOL picked us up then landed RIGHT behind a squad of KPA with RPGs that literally annihilated me in mere seconds. Not to mention the cutscene showing the VTOL explode bugged out, and after it ended, I was still inside the now-desolated VTOL, being burned alive. I managed to figure out I had to press the USE key to get out, but as soon as I did, I had 3 rockets hit me in the dome.
Aside from that, the level design is fantastic out doors. However, indoor mapping and man-made structures were sort of lackluster. Some of the little houses I entered had warped textures on their walls. The architecture on the dam was a little sloppy, but it wasn't too bad. Wall running was pretty cool, but it got buggy if you jumped against things like trees. You would grab on to them and get stuck for a bit, sometimes it would damage you.
Anyway, the mod has tons of potential, but I think it just needs more work to make things more solid. It's aesthetically pleasing, but you should accommodate this with solid gameplay.

Why don't you guys skip this pathos overloaded dippshit, and just give some awesome jungle levels, full with heat of being hunted by Aliens and NKAs?
because this is what 80 percent of the guys from the forums don't want to have, there are enough standart jungle map's out there, one more borng then the next
