Zombie Slayer is a Doom 3 mod that incorporates gameplay from games like Dragon's Lair and Shenmue, but with a twist -- you have three chances to successful input the correct key. Fail three times, and you are dead.
The story: You are John McAllen, a mercenary hired for a research outpost on Mars. An alarm wakes you up one day. After you scramble for your gun and armor from your locker and leave your room, you find zombies everywhere like in those old horror movies...and like in your nightmares.
You book it to the security center hoping that some people are still alive. Maybe then you can find out what these scientists on this research center are doing with all these damned zombies. You also want to find a way out of this forsaken place.
Prepare for the fight for your life.
The mod is split up into four chapters. Each chapter has a gameplay segment and a storyline segment.
The half chapter demo is available now.

Cool, only thing i can tell.
Hey i cant get it to work the game just gets a gray screen and crashes after 20 sec and i have more than good enough pc to run doom3(i can run crysis on high setings)so if you could help me i would be gratefull thanks:)
Be sure to have the latest Doom 3 patch: Ftp.idsoftware.com

Hmm, does vanilla Doom 3 work?
Probably not, delete the custom .pk4 file for Vanilla Doom 3, and it *should* work. If not, it might be something to do with your GFX
can anyone tell me why the loading time takes like 30 min? I try the original doom 3 and it only takes a few seconds,yet with this mod it takes forever!
What are your system specs?
sorry for being a noob, but where do I go to find them?
The mod is resource heavy especially with memory since it has to load a lot of animations. You should have at least 1GB of memory to run the mod correctly.
