Weapons Ideas Thread - Zombie Colony mod for Half-Life 2

A few weapons are planned for initial release, with more to be added later. Any ideas can go here.

well from what i see here, these are some really standard mod weapons. By that i mean they aren't very new or different to games like this. Id suggest finding Guns that already have models as well. Which most of those do. As for my suggestions Grab something new and cool like this

(These shouldn't all be used either because it wouldn't really make sense as to how they fit into the game, unless you add in a buy GUI which would be cool, plus that gives you plenty of weapon options without having to give reason for them being there.)

Probably no buy interface in there. It's more of a find it or start the game with it game. The Taurus Judge is a maybe, but the M32, TMP and that rifle are probably not going to make it in.

1911 is definitely in at some point.

Shotguns of various types are planned, as are AR-15s, AKs.
Not sure about the bow at this point.

will there be an customization menu ?

Most likely, but we're still bouncing ideas around.

M14, SR25, or some other DMR platform and restrict the assault rifles to semi-automatic only and with smaller magazine capacity unless you find them on a military base.
