The Xenoforce Reborn mod takes the classic Xenoforce mod from CNC Generals and re-invisions it on the CNC3 engine with new units and new designs. The new armies that are currently scheduled to be in the mod are the Earth Federation, ZEON, the Invid, and the Earth Robotech Defense Force. We also have heavily modified the original CNC3 armies, giving the GDI, NOD, and Scrin a much more dynamic gameplay experience. This mod is NOT FOR PROFIT and NON-commercial based.
Here's a sneak peak pic of something that will be in the next release of the O3 (not in the current RC though). This unit has come about thanks to a lot of work by Doug and is the key to not only this factions space force but is also a key piece to our story AND helps glue the Robotech side and the Command and Conquer sides together as well as pulls Scrin easily into the Xenoforce history.
This current version of the unit is equipped with 15 quickfire lasers, 4 heavy lasers, 2 missile pods, and a main cannon that is to be as powerful as the main cannon of the SDF1.
Will this unit actually be in the game? Don't know yet. It may change a few more times, weapons may change, powers may change, who knows how this will work out. But it's a nice idea isn't it? :)

Yes, I am working on special code for it now. The idea is it will be a building that builds itself, gaining features over time. Then when it hits the end of its build phase it will become a ship.
