Hi this mod is about to recreate the all time classic X-COM 1 UFO DEFENSE / ENEMY UNKNOWN in a different perspective.
Now you are the footsoldier and you need battle through the crash sites in First Person to kill your enemies. You can decide which side you want to play on. You can be an X-COM agent, or an Alien invader.
All weapons and equipment you used in the original are included.
The plans for strategic phase and ufo interception phase are also complete. It is just a matter of time to implement.
At the end the whole game will be semi persistent, where the decisions in the strategy phase will alter the course of the whole game.

I'm looking for someone anyone is willing to start a "mostly up" or even a 24/7 server. I can't offer money, but we can negotiate some deal.
Some words about the previous version:
There was a HL1 version of the game. It had some advanced features, but the whole thing was just too much for HL1 to handle. It was abandoned at the end with an alpha release. Later a guy named Gurluas decided to contiue that track. He has the source and plenty of stuff. Contact him if you are interested in that version.

Hl2 or Hl1 Version?
It crashes every time i try to start a game server. Any tips?

I still have the code, but without proper models it worths nothing. If a professional modeller, animator and level designer popped out of thin air who would actually work, this mod would be up and running in no time. Until that, it is dead. This is just too much of a work for 1 single people.
I remember Half-Life Radio interview with you guys. Anyone has mp3 from that?
And im not sure if this mod is dead or not, but adding Single Player would be awesome.
no severs, air battles are gay, didn't played the normal battles
