All the leaders are the ones of 1939 (except from Vichy France and Free France which were created in 1940).
I would like to thanks the creators of XX century mod and Maxriga mod
for their great mods in which WW2MOD is greatly based.
This mod includes:
Changes in the civics.
No more religions, just 3 ideologies communism,fascism and capitalism
70 unique WW2 units.
