English description.

Hello friends.
This is World Rulers Total War mod version for Dawn of War Soulstorm.
This mod is for many games. Some of them are Rome TW and Medieval 2 TW.

This is main Total War thread of this mod. You can also see Total war versions, if you`re fan of this kind of games.
Historical versions for Rome TW game is about times of Late Roman Empire. But there are also version about Greek period.

If you interesting in Dawn of War version, i recommend you to watch video, created by BoyarTactics.

Main mod information

- Added Total War style of battles (Limit of units and vehicles increased)
- New faction - Merchants, with own gameplay, units and balance
- More powerful economic system in the start of campaign battle
- You can use also skirmish and there will not be WTP/RSH texture errors.
- New menu and background in standart World Rulers TW style.
- New units for many game factions.
- New models for Veteran Assault squad, Kasrkins, Apothecaries and Grey Knights.
- Imperial guard now have more GW style name - Astra Militarium.
- Astra Militarium have Vostroyan auxillaries.
- Added many changes in heroes skills.
- Farseer Caerys now have 2 kinds of special skills - Storm of Death and Orbital Strike.
- Increased weapons of many units
- Also decreased weapons of some units (because it need not have imbalance)
- Kroots, Ogryns and Grey Knights now ranged units.
- Ogryns and GK have also melee battle units (Necromundan Ogryns and Grey Justicaries).
- Kasrkins now available in 4 squads (earlier it was only 1)
- Cannoness of Sororitas is now have more health
- Many campaign units have improvements
- New FX for all shooting weapons
- New badges, banners and teamcolours
- Added bonus faction for skirmish - Krieg Death Korps (with 1 building and 4 units)
- New map in skirmish - Ice Front (created by Sataman for old WS mod)
- More Total War! More units in squads.
- More faster researches and making addons.
- Terrorfex and Horrorfex grenades now kill infantry.
- Some unit reskines. (for ex. teamcolourable Assasin)
- Other some small fixes and improvements.

loyalist marines expelled from the imperium for making use of chaotic technology, warp relics, daemon weapons, etc.
start with a second hq structure called “the Crucible” (crucible’s health is linked to the souls resource
can use the crucible to perform chaotic miracles, if the crucible’s health becomes 0 it opens unleashing the wrath of empyrean (really not a good thing), relictors can call on assistance from “the insidious corps” (a cursed imperial guard regiment I made up once) and at great risk upon the ”rebel gods” for assistance (nekomo (the chaos god of atheism) , nozttomo (the great undoer (need to correct his names spelling)) , Qua (he which must linger always, ‘god’ of the umbra (let’s assume the crucible makes this one possible)) and perhaps Malice/Malal(god of self destruction) or alternatively maybe “the many armed god”(god of the greater good),
(plus some bound daemons, mind controlled gene-stealers and other related stuff you might find while scouring the domains of the warp for something to use as a decisive weapon)

somehow I couldn’t find this mod for the last 3 years (no idea why it wouldn’t show up, actually though it might have bern deleted or something) (thankfully I found it at last, I fully intend to keep my word and add some of those new races, albeit a few years later than planned, so to that end here is the new list:

1. I’m going to combine a couple of my old unfinished race ideas into a new Relictors race (effectively a combination of 3 of my old unreleased mods: siege-marines + Insidious Corps + my original Relictors idea + some new stuff related to ”the rebel gods”))

2. Infernal Krork (they only had a few different units anyway and I can red up some normal orks as placeholders (possibly also combine a part of how they work with how the minisgurath worked as something fun for tier 3 (a little bit of shapeshifting to grant access to some new units, warpheads, orkhounds, squelchers , blood slug)(and new design for their hq, a warp rift emits (transforms into) the ork spawn which then proceeds to roll around the map vomiting out orks )

3. New version of the Merchants bank (expect this one a little sooner maybe)

(necron raiders doesn’t seen so worth the effort at this point, daemon summoning cult might be better as something to add a very cut down version of directly to the existing chaos faction, minisgurath is a possibility for later)

I've Had some Ideas for some new races to make the mod more unique, one that seems quite promising is a concept of mine based on something I saw in White Dwarf Magazine years ago, basically it was a horribly mutated mass of Orks called an Ork Spawn, which was the result of chaos corruption, while thinking about it recently I decided it could be a good starting point for a new race which will be named Infernal Krork, the Ork spawn it's self will feature as part of the races HQ and will produce most of the main units for the race, each unit will possess an ability called 'Weirding' which afflicts the stats of other players units (friend and foe alike) by a small amount while they are in proximity, a large number of Infernal Krork produces a more noticeable effect, so don't get overrun. If enough people like the race idea I might start on it the week after next, I hope Bagatur approves. The following Link goes to some concept art: Yadi.sk
