Choose a contemporary real-world leader, and lead your nation through the tricky and intriguing modern world situation. Corporations, terrorism, nuclear proliferation, and other modern issues will all play a key role. This mod has been sporadically languishing for two years, and is desperately in need of additional development staff--we have a lot of good stuff finished; but we still need support to weave it all together and get it up and running. If you think you can help, read the news article about what we're looking for in our staff, and join our forums if it suits you!

We have completed a lot of art, along with the map, and some XML. Unfortunately, we have lost some of our staff, and now we need some new blood to get the mod done. It simply will not load until we have certain files completed, and so here are the positions open at the moment.

Diplomacy Coding:
Description:
Add diplomacy text for every leader in the mod, by editing the requisite XML files. Creativity is appreciated, but for the first release, merely copying and pasting the same dialogue for more than one leader is preferable if you get them completed more quickly.
Requirements: Must be able to edit XML, preferably have knowledge editing Civ4 text before. Must become aware of whom the leaders are in the mod.

Building Coding:
Description:
Rework all of the buildings from the core game to fit with the updated tech tree, using the Civ4BuildingInfos XML. Do not worry about adding more buildings ore unique ones--that will come once we successfully load the mod.
Requirements: Must be able to edit XML, preferably have edited Civ4 building XML before. Must become aware of the tech tree that the mod uses.

The mod is unfinished and appears dead. There will probably never be a download for the mod. Too bad, because it looks like it would have been very cool. :(

Don't ask me. I'm not being short, I mean, literally, don't look at me to answer that question. I was hoping for a release last week but for some reason (the error message doesn't provide any information) my xml files fail. I need somebody with more experience to help me there.

I regret that I don't even know anything about those people, but if I have to guess, Latvia will be part of a "coalition civ" representing the smaller countries in the European Union, along with the likes of the Netherlands and Portugal.

This is an ambitious, impressive project. Sadly, I can't be of help, since I also have my hands full modding Civ, but this has my full support and interest. I am looking forward to the final release!
