For everyone else, continue reading. Civilizations from different parts of history now live and fight in the same world. Why is this? Because me and a friend wanted to make a mod, had access to lots of cool items (roman, gallic, greek, viking, etc.), so I thought of this idea that would allow them all to coexist. He has been doing the bulk for the modding from there, and I am here helping promote the work.

Features:

Version 8.5

The good:
Lots of new weapons and armors
Completely remade troops
New Bandits
New Mercenaries
Some tweaks
Laconians and Macedonian Mercenaries will always spawn with a spear/pike and sword
Village Garrison
Shield Bash
New faces
New Animations

The Bad:
Some troops have a wrong face-code (easy to fix)
Only two Starting options work (Join Gauls and Join Romans, will try to fix it or change the presentation, it might allow more features to be implemented)
Naked lords (do not accept their candy offers)
Unbalanced shield bash (will be balanced later)
Troops have not been extensively tested, there might be some unbalance
Inaccurate equipment for some troops (Had to manage things with the currently available stuff)
Some graphical errors on equipment and weapons (should be fixed in patch, along with extra bump mapping and specular maps on items missing those)

Mod not Dead

Many of you were excited at the idea of this mod. Some of you even tried it and enjoyed it, despite some of it's bugs as a beta. However, you may also notice there has been virtually no activity. The reason for this is the two primary modders (Specialist the lead developer, and SeekNDestroy) have a life and may not have put as much time into this as we may like. My primary role is promotion and playtesting, along with a little data editing for balance reasons (and because some of the numbers just hurt, but that's not the point here).

If you want to see more progress, I would advise visiting the official forum posting and voicing your support and requests for an update. Maybe enough prodding will induce an update? It will also give an opportunity to make a new trailer for the next update ;)

How do I remove shieldbashing, it is the single most dumbest thing anyone can ever create, sure, it may be nice at some times, but this one action is gamebreaking. I'm fighting Romans with my Varangians, VARANGIANS. We are getting massacred just because of the large roman shields, that constantly bash, giving my men and I no chance to fight back.

Not yet. I'm in contact with the head developer, who has several real life duties taking up his time, plus the more recent updates to the game itself will require much more work (almost like porting to a new game).

When im choosing a faction: Rome, Gauls Ect. Mount and blade Warband just get black. Nothing Else is happing.
