Certain spicy air enjoyers convicts now join the fight for the Emperor (and the chance of keeping whatever shinnies they can find).
Can you guess in which army they are and what new the Arbites, aka the ones who are meant to keep them in line, have received?

Well, replace the Survival part with Skirmish in general and you are right on the money.
