That looks like an old Armored Basilisk (Which I think is now the Armageddon Pattern)
Legionary Basilisk.
Legion Basilisks also included the enclosed pattern.
SM Legions used Basilisks before the HH and if any Legion still has one,it is considered a Chapter/Legion relic.
