You are James Green, loyal member of the elite group Dragon's Knight since the age of 17. The group is one step on the ladder before the Special Ops. It is your dream to receive training from them. You get an opportunity you just cannot pass up, so you begin on a lone operation in which you must investigate the Black Mesa facility, undercover as an assignment from Spec Ops. If you manage to collect enough data, you would receive training by winter 1999.
Episode 1: The following takes place at July the 14th, 1999, 5 days back before the events that will cripple Black Mesa (Dr. Freeman's arrival at the facility, the false specimen experiment, and the alien "invasion").
After a long day on a small break before work, Barney stumbles in explaining that there has been a toxic spillage where you are posted at, and that you must not leave the area. You boldly decide that you are brave enough to clean up the mess by yourself, and are required to take some firearms with you.

So I'm seeing myself very overloaded by work these days. I'm 20 courses late, and this is just the beginning. What I have thought about, though, is the need to halt the project for a few years. You, interested people, will probably forget the name "Undercover", but keep in mind though that we never know of the potential involved people have in a project. I never have guaranteed anything so far, but I do know one thing: I have always been interested into developing a MOD for my favorite game. Unfortunately, it is not possible at this time... My final idea in halting the project is to resume it later, but developing it under a completely different aspect, and also working through the all-new HL2 Source engine (or better, if applicable). I still will keep writing the overview and story, I'll probably make up a web site (along with SOAD's help), I'll also try to fix the "MASSN problem" in my story... you know.. No assassins in HL2.. lol.
So, friends, fans, and left-overs, it is time for me to be put into statis by the G-Man :) and wake up when my hour comes round again.
Or something like that.
As for the guys who wanted to help... If you'd really want to help, we may stay in touch. Perhaps something cool will come out of the idea. Otherwise... well, I need to work, for a better computer, this vacation time.

As you may know, life's a beach.
Went to Kyrgyzstan for 9 months, blahblah. Yes, it's a country. Times have changed. Yes, I now have an Acer Aspire Laptop on Turion 64 ML-32 (agh) technology, RADEON Xpress 200M Integrated... 768MB RAM and a 95GB Hard Disk.
Seems too old, now that I have it, as my friend just bought a MacBook Pro which config specs results are OFF the charts!!! (like F.E.A.R. almost MAXxed, at 60-120 fps...)
I've grown up, I'm 17, and have realised that I do not come up with ideas for a MOD. I don't know, perhaps it will come on the days, but if it doesn't, I won't even bother to TRY doing something in HL2 mapping. (Coz I NEVER TRIED...)
Mapping, modding, is a lot of effort. I understand you all guys, your work is often great, and sometimes even going back to ye' good old HL Gold engine makes me feel dizzy. I love that kind of stuff. I'm finishing all HL mods one more time, just like I did before, because I love what the MOD community does and want to see everything. (!)
You may say I have a lot of time. Yes, for now. But later on, after the next months, I'll have to study, and maybe work, too. In one or the other case, I'll have my work cut out for me, and I WILL need to do it well. Because I'm on the edge now. I've got so close now, and was so far from successful years before. Now, there is no second chance I believe, so I WILL have to not mess up my life. I know this is ModDB, so I quit talking about myself.
I'lll now say what.. well, writing on a bed with laptop keyboard doesn't feel comfortable. I say that the MOD shall be IGNORED. THIS MOD, ITS NAME, "APPEARANCE" HAS NO ROLE.
The same role would rather be demonstrated by the possible creator of another, better, wider HL# "Source" MOD. The creator might be me (Egi-RaZoRZ), or someone else. I tell you, now, it's not stable as an idea for me in my projects. If life contained 48 hours a day, it would be possible. But life's only half of that.
I know, it's an excuse.
That's why I'm not sure. Sorry now, about all the replies I didn't make to the helpers. It's really embarrassing to me. And sorry to SOAD, I know he might not care, or he might not anymore. But this MOD just couldn't go anywhere like this - besides my past family problems - and now that time has betrayed us on Half-Life 1 ("Gold"), either PORT (and learn MODDing), or quit (and go on with our lives). Crap. What a sad end. *sigh*

Alright so you've read the news? It appears the project is halted! Now forget it and go play something else!

I'm working hard to catch up my work, and I've already started working on the game overview&story. Though, nothing motivates me. If nothing happens in here until ~3-4 months, I WILL most likely abandon the project, or slowly develop it myself, externally. (I'll then switch to the Half-Quake community instead...)

Yes. I am in control. I will hopefully lead this project, and currently shall I say, I need people. I will modify the story, if possible the web site related to the MOD, I will resume the work progress. Eventually, with a greater computer, I may be able to upgrade the entire work and port it to the HL2 engine.
As I am younger (15 years old), I still do have time. I will do what SOAD did not, yes this might be sad for some, but I want to do this personnally and whoever wants to stay in my way shall come with me. This StarCraft speech being ended, I need to state the following three points:
1.) I dedicate my next few years precisely to school and modding (as gaming is already done, I am a hardcore gamer). My play time will actually be my modding time, if I suppose well.
2.) I need you guys. Bring me your modelling, your mapping, and if you are really interested, beta testing, although by myself I'll be 3 of them. That is, the priorities being put, ...

Should be enough for whatever thing ( =P Yes. I know, ****** PC. =P )
