Twisted Insurrection is a critically acclaimed, standalone modification based on the Command & Conquer™ Tiberian Sun™ engine. It features a complete redesign of the original game, set in an alternate "what-if?" timeline where the Brotherhood of Nod was victorious during the first Tiberian War. Do you have what it takes to drag the shattered Global Defense Initiative out of ruin? Or will you crush all who oppose the will of Kane and his Inner Circle? The choice is yours commander.
Our Nod Structure artist, Lin Kuei Ominae, has been very busy lately, check out all of the new graphical enhancements to the Nod structures that will be featured in the next update, including a new Tiberium Refinery we have all longed for.
Oh site so on the rise. Cant wait for the update. Keep up the good work.
KANE WILL BE PLEASED!
OMG, did you conceal LKO in your basement and made him work for food? That's a lot of progress after all these years :D
On a serious note, glad to see one more building replaced in the name of Kane. Does it still deploy into a mobile refinery?
Hah! I assure you that LKO isn't concealed anywhere in my basement, but whatever is powering his surge of motivation and production, I don't ever want it to stop!
Listening for several months to FK's Space Echo ;)
Primary source of motivation for me too. Perhaps I should talk with Frank again. :P
Go ahead.
There's never too much Frank, to be frank. :)
for franks last version did you ask him to do space echo or did you ask him to pick one he wanted to remix?
If you do ask again, I'd like to put forward the suggestion for a twisted "stomp"
Late reply, I didn't see this until now. Frank chose Space Echo himself.
I almost think the skin on the Harvester Voxel needs to be redone so it matches with that Refinery much better. The Refinery just looks too good compared to the Harvester.
Perhaps some added bases on most of the buildings can help them stick out more from all kinds of terrain as well. Making them more visible is beneficial for both gameplay and art sides.
Something about the precise shape of the thing makes me think the latter is a definite yes.
Yeah, I think anywhere there's a door or exterior maintenance panel should have some visible foundation.
As for the harvesters, I agree. The chassis could use some detailing to bring it more in line with the smooth curves of the structures. The overall shape and bulk need not change, but it could stand to have some of that Nod sleekness.
I always think the tib reactor looks like it has a starfleet insignia on it
Nice base, would be shame if something...happened to it *Ion cannon charging*
Ugh. Worst part about tibsun. The enemy team having that, cluster, chemical, and hunter seeker all ready at once. Fml
So much progress is being made - it seems like the Conyard just needs a revamp.
