Because the lack of energon, Optimus Prime and his Autobot comrades have to start preparations for the galactic expedition to find energon source in nearby planet systems. But in this very moment, Decepticons begin to attack the capital city of the Cybertron - Iacon. Autobots surrending the city and regrouping near Space Bridge. Megatron with help of Soundwave gets access to Teletron-1 and takes information about place which have a colossal amount of energon - Solar System.
Optimus Prime with autobot team defending the Space Bridge. He decided to leave Cybertron and go for an energon expedition. He leaves planet to his true comrades - Vector Prime,Ultra Magnus and neogenic autobot forces. In fact, they'll need to defend Cybertron from Megatron before Optimus Prime returns. But...
This mod is based on original Transformers from well-known series such as: G1, Masterforce, Headmasters.

OMFG.... At last... I've been waiting for someone to make a transformers mod, I hope it's as fun as The Bf1942 mod!
To make a truck and animate it to transform into a robot is really hard for the modeler and animators.Can't wait to see more
maybe the should base the models on the toys, since they have doable transformations

That Natace guy sure is a retard, as if it would violate some ModDB rule to have a mod without model/map shots. If it came to that over half of the mods would get deleted.
I could see this mod coming miles away. Sorry to break this up to you guys like this but this isn't going to finish. If you look at the details, this mod has been in development for almost 2 years, it's only the movie that made all the people check this one out recently. But it's too much work to do for modders, don't keep your hopes up on this one. There are NO MODS out there involving work of such proportions and there will never be. Not even commercial ones.
Pay No mind to the last poster! i have worked with these TF mod teams for years and the TF mod for HL2 is under way and will get finished. i am with a TF mod for UT2k4 and the BF1942 TF mod. we are helping each other get to our goal. a good release. so please don't let someone like this last poster make you think this mod is dead. because it is not.
