For those unfamiliar with TA: Escalation (TA:ESC), we like to think of our effort as a production quality expansion to Total Annihilation which can be enjoyed in both Skirmish and Multiplayer settings. TA:ESC offers significant enhancements to the venerable TA gaming engine, including Cavedog quality models, textures, and presentation - a feat claimed by many, but realized by none; new GUI and extended menus; unique upgrading system for defenses and resources; deflective Shield Generators; mass unit Teleportation Gates; automated mass loading and unloading transports; Multi-Unit-Air-Transports; proximity bonuses for adjacent Fusions and Energy Storages; Surfaceable subs; walking ships; Omni Intel Towers capable of massive radar, jamming, LOS, targeting, and Commander hacking; and much, much more!
Now that the Arm has a new mobile spider LRPC that replaces the Demolisher's old role (note the new mobile LRPC explosions at top right ), the Demolisher is not to be so easily forgotten. This bruiser is now is a uber tough piledriver with a powerful, short ranged shotgun-like weapon with a very significant AOE and coverage. This combination of excessive firepower is further enhanced by the unit's near indestructible armor - 4x that of the more mainstream Centurion. Though range is limited, the Demolisher cannot be ignored by enemy units, and it will take a concentrated effort to take even 1 out given the Demolisher's immense staying power. As a base buster, it has no equal for it's cost.
This unit will pair nicely with the mobile LRPC and will give even the Core Juggernaut pause to consider a confrontation.
