Tortured Souls is a horror custom story made for Amnesia: The Dark Descent. You wake up as the notorious Wolfius 'o' Connor, a feared ex-jail warden who was known for kidnapping criminals and other wrong doers and torturing them to death with medieval methods. Connor was later found 3 years after his streak of murders. He was immediatly thrown into a dungeon far far away from civilization. Ever since he'd arrived things started to get weird...One day on the job something had hit him on the head and was knocked unconscious for days. You wake up your cell and everyone has disappeared...You've lost your memory and you only know who you are...Can you escape the darkness? or will you fall into the hands of what lies within...

I'm sorry to everyone who has been saying for my "lack of detail" and "completely empty" material. This is my very first custom story I've made and I'm actually working hard on it. This is still under development and I will openly take suggestions if anyone wants to provide them. I am almost thinking of the story line and I plan to change it. I'm really trying here and I'm the only one working on this project. For the person's comment that got deleted I apologize deeply. My close friend updates the page and checks the content for me here and there. He said he deleted a comment and I didn't even know what it said. Please leave suggestions in the comments below and I apologize again for my "lack of detail". First custom story here haha...I will try to do more with this and When It comes to the "custom textures" I cannot custom 3-D model. so I can only use floor and ceiling custom textures. I plan to add more and I plan for the new maps upcoming to be better and more "detailed". I apologize again and hope you all give this custom story a chance. I will change the story up a bit and I will most definitely add more detail.

Ah alright. Well the main name of the custom story needed to change anyways. It really didnt fit in with the story. This is the final story and name. I'm sorry you don't like it.
I hope this is really good by custom material but by the screenshot, it looks really empty and lack of details.. :/

Thrown out? whats that even supposed to mean? The entire "clueless of where you are thing" Is gimmicky, ive heard that far to many times in custom stories alone, it just seems at an attempt to make it sound mysterious and scary. You're making good progress but the maps with detail seem jumbled, and others seem empty. I'm just giving friendly criticism, not trying to troll.
I will change the story to fit the atmosphere as much as I can. The story was kind of in "beta" I hope the new storyline will fit to your liking. If not i apologize.
Agree. The first screenshot seems alright except for the lack of details. The second screenshot on the other hand is completely empty.
The name also seems uintresting to me as well as the description. Amnesia is about Amnesia after all and the game itself is built that way, but I prefer stories without the "you have no clue where you are" description
The empty screenshot was meant to show my custom floor and ceiling but i completly understand that it was a mistake. I've gotten rid of it. I will change the name of the custom story as well.
