A total conversion mod set after the events of Tiberium Dawn. Features the Global Defence Initiative, Middle East Liberation Army, and People's Liberation Army.

Some things to note:
- If enough of a structure is touching the build-radius, construction will begin.
- Placing structures too far will result in a cancel and refund.
- Build-radius is required for both placement and construction; the loss of BR during a structure's construction phase will cause it to be put on hold.
Buildup animations aren't final, the style of which is still up in the air. One thing is for certain though; there won't be scaffolding, as that is a pain to do and I'm trying to cut down on alpha channels.

Only question that really remains is: Can the AI in the game actually work with this system ?
I'll be making the AI cheat for this. Just have to figure out a way that looks good and preserves the strength/weakness of this system.
i'd be interested in seeing how that works out.
The AI not being able to handle such a system is the main reason i haven't consider such a mechanic myself at any point.
