This modification offers an alternative gameplay to Tiberian Wars involving many Tiberian Sun units which many CnC fans (like me) missing in vanilla CNC3 and add even new my made units which you can't find anywhere else. Story is quite the same like Tiberian Wars, but is all about what if GDI and Nod do not abandon technologies they have used in Tiberian Sun era and instead of that further developed them. But it's not only that, there are many visual, sound and balance changes which I want to see and hear in my mod, new sounds, new music, new effects (like blood and gore, new infantry deaths, new more realistic missile trails) and many more.

Well if there is one thing we can all agree on is that Generals 2 had some badass unit designs for the GLA. Awesome flak truck :D

Maybe the sensor should be a standard ability... as an upgrade it seems a bit wasted to me.

I think its for balance reasons.
Cannot engage infantry/ground units(like GeneralS Quad cannon/Gatling tank,
but can probably atleast roll over them), because it would be unfair toward shadows, saboteurs, Nod commandos.
Further balanced by that stealth detection is an optional self-upgrade.

That for sure, but thinking about other counterparts, it doesn't have anything specific, or unique, just AA. It seems a bit "modest" to me...

Maybe it could be able to target ground units after some another T3 upgrade as well.
(or as optional upgrade instead)
Technically said, theres a T1 Cougar jeep, but without AA. So thats probably why.
Maybe Defender could have a second optional upgrade which changes his AA flak for grenade launcher/mortar howitzer or something.
At any rate, I am very glad that Mutants got a half-track medium vehicle.
Maybe Defender half-track can be an APC/IFV instead of Mastodon(since Humvee, Looted pitbull will not be present for mutants, but as neutral mercenaries)

It seems designed to target only air units. It may be unique from this point of view, for this reason I believe the stealth detection could be an integrated feature. Maybe, as individual upgrade, it could benefit from AA missiles, so can be used efficiently agianst both light and heavy AA...
