Thrawn's Revenge is a large-scale mod for Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. It includes the events of the Galactic Civil War after Palpatine's death at Endor, up until the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom treaty. If you own the Steam version of EaW, you will have to complete extra steps to run the mod after installation. Please see the manual for these steps.
Being the bulwark of galactic civilization is no easy task, and trying to administrate and defend the amount of territory held by the Empire of the Hand against the many threats to the Galaxy Far Far Away can be a logistical nightmare. The Oto-class Starbase is a multi-functional megacomplex which is able to serve as a base of operations for the Hand, allowing a central location in a system for ship construction and maintenance, supply deliveries and, most importantly, defense coordination. A strategically-placed Oto station in conjunction with the Brask, Visvia, Iero and Teichos defense platforms collectively allow the mobile Empire of the Hand fleet the freedom to quell threats across the Unknown Regions safe in the knowledge that their own territory is secure.

It reminds me somewhat of the Yorktown base in Star Trek Beyond, only without the snow globe dome on the outside!

Neat, this one certainly looks more like a full starfortress rather than a plain, normal starbase.
If the current stations in ICW 2.1 (Brask/Visvia) are the EoTH's answer to the Golan I and II of the other factions, this one is probably the "answer" to the Golan III.
